Agreed. Hasbro's attempt at her was sub par and until they were in a position to finally deliver what can be seen as their quintessential release of this costume, I didn't see them attempting any others. Although Ninja Betsy rightly has a monopoly on merch, Hasbro have only earnestly done her blue outfit once.
Since the parts in the Lilandra mold exist, it makes the most sense for her next costume to be Outback. I really wouldn't mind seeing her original Captain Britain costume down the line. It's just so toyetic.
Now that I think about it, maybe after the Disassembled one, the other figure I want the most is 90's Revanche one. I know it's not Betsy per say, but it is her body, I loved that looks and she would look amazing next to this new Ninja one we're getting.
Great looking set. GG Hasbro for their covered up, but still recognizable, compromise with Rogue. It was always going to be this way, if at all. 🤭
Man... forcing me to rebuy Sauron to get those other two is peak freaking Hasbro. What's the projected asking price on this.... $80? $90? They wouldn't go triple digits here would they?

I'll buy this if I'm able depending on availability on Pulse. I'm not crazy about having to buy Sauron again to get the new Shanna. I also may be the only one who has no interest in that Rogue, but I'm confident that I'd be able to sell her loose on ebay.
I'm just worried about being able to get the 3-pack at all due to recent experiences. It seems to be getting harder and harder all the time to just purchase the figures that I'm desiring to give my money for due to lack of quantity or availability. I knew that this was inevitable though after so much product got clearanced out over recent years or shipped off to places like Ollies or Ross.
Not that I ever cared about Savage Land Rogue all that much, but all I see in the box is Shanna, Sauron and a blank section, because they’d never make Savage Land Rogue.

Oh... I failed to notice it's the SDCC exclusive. Well that's a Wednesday Night purchase for me then along with the Cold Slither set.

Yeah I guess I'm in the same boat. I would really like Shanna to go with Kazar and Zabu. But I can't pay a $100+ with shipping to get her. I've already got the Sauron baf. And that Rogue head sculpt just doesn't cut it for me. Isn't she supposed to be pretty? Was really hoping for a fan channel release. Instead it's another great figure locked behind exclusivity and a couple extra figures surcharge. Disappointing.
I think it's a fair bet that Shanna will come out again in a less wieldy way. They have revisited some past SDCC exclusives like that in the past - although Hela, Satana and Bor come to mind as figures that only ever came in con exclusive sets and didn't see a re-release... so I guess either scenario is possible.
Is the purple effect pack in supposed to go over Sauron's eyes for like his hypnotic effect? It's kind of interesting I guess
Which one of them carries a hunting rifle in the story? I'd be just as happy if they rereleased the toads that came with the clamshell Toad figure. Little animals like frogs and lizards make more sense to me, plus they can be used with other line's displays.
Not in love with that Rogue head sculpt. She looks like a bimbo. I realize that version of Rogue operates largely on sex appeal, but she's actually supposed to look attractive, not like a blow up doll with tussled hair. Plus isn't she supposed to have little booties, not full length boots? She seems like the afterthought in a boxset where Shanna was the main consideration.
I'd say I'd wait for single release, but that Rogue makes me think there's likely to be someone's custom out there that's better I can buy.
I would not put it past Hasbro to make this $100+ simply because it's SDCC, if it's for Pulse only folks, that's already another $50 you can be prepared to tack on. Not trying to be negative, but I was really nonplussed after seeing a figure I wanted quite a bit look so slapdash. Might've been more tolerable if they'd put in a second head for Rogue AND Shanna.

I don't know about after thought... aren't they identical except for the head? It's just the same exact body and clothing on both figures - the ripped tank top is reversed on Rogue - but it appears to be the same piece. They even have the same arm band on the right bicep. It's just different heads and paint changes. In my opinion they were looking to produce Savage Land Rogue and decided to re-use her for a new Shanna as well - since the top is clearly designed for Rogue and doesn't look much like what Shanna usually wears.
