I'm guessing $45 for Spider-Man. I'd be surprised if he were more than that.
She even has yellow boots on the package art. Christ, get your shit together, how could you fumble this bad Hasbro?
Did they really only include one fist with 2 claws on Daken?
That Miles body is very interesting. New Mutants, anyone?
@derrabbi One mistake is pretty tough to get around when it's likely to be the only action figure we're getting of an obscure costume like Green/Yellow X Factor Jean in the next 100 years!
Yeah, the screw up on Jean's boots is pretty terrible. Scott got his yellow boots on his figure, so now the costumes aren't even congruent. It's ridiculous that they could mess that up.
I'm guessing a deluxe X-Factor Angel might be next with the red costume and white X - hopefully with white boots.
A lot of cool stuff - some more absolute head-scratching decisions. Jean's boots seems like a careless oversight. Electro's mask being permanent is... whatever, it's the same gripe I have with the Cable eye effects.
Not including two 2-claw Daken hands is really frustrating. I don't understand the thought process, and because of the wave gimmick he has two hands that can hold a comic rather than sheathed claw fists.
Rom looks so great—appropriately big, nice silver, and lots of accessories and a blast effect. So nice to finally get a figure of Rom!
I'm in for Jean (presuming eBay prices aren't insane because God forbid I'd ever find her in store or on the damn app), ROM, Banshee, Adam Warlock, and Ultimate Iron Man (because it's another armor for the Armory).
I’ll tell ya: as much as I vehemently dislike the Ultimate universe top-to-bottom, I’ve always loved the Ultimate Iron Man armor and they really nailed it. Honestly all the figures look good, even “it’s not where you thiiiiiiIIIIiiiink” third-claw Daken.
Ok, overall a nice Fanstream minus the early technical difficulties. Zero interest in the X-Factor Jean Grey or MCU Electro. I'll likely buy the Maximum Spidey as my new default replacing both the Renew Your Vows and Amazing Fantasy versions. However, price point will likely be a factor. They didn't address that today. What do we expect? I could realistically see anything from $29.99 up. $34.99 - $39.99 seems the most realistic but won't be shocked if higher.
ROM was still the star of the show to me and the only figure I consider a truly must have, but I'll likely buy the whole mini-comic wave -- although I'm just not as crazy about any of the other figures. What I am really disappointed about it is that these didn't include the rumored QR codes to actually be able to read those comics nor the rumored comic spinner rack BAF. The ability to read the original comics seems like a really big missed opportunity.
Any guess on the dumbbell teases at the end? There's been a rumor of Strong Guy BAF single deluxe re-release. That might be a fit. Other ideas?
Was there a Spider-man rumored for the Marvel vs Capcom line? I was hoping this guy would be more Bronze Age, but if he at least gets a release in a brighter blue, I’d probably bite.
