Love new Punisher set, Dragon Man, Lockjaw and thats it. Hostage two pack where you need ONE figure, but not another. Reuse and other awful figures like Strange. No comic X-Men...yeah, lame.

Makes sense they went for deeper comic cuts and the MCU here. Save the X-Men for a livestream, Pulsecon type event - we have to remember this is designed for the people in the room, not 1,000's online...

FINALLY CRYSTAL!!! So excited. Lockjaw, comic Wong, and Dragon Man all fantastic too. Best reveal of new and most wanted characters for me in awhile.

Assume Toyfair (December) as usually X-Men waves if there is one (there usually is) is sometime between March and May in terms of release.
I'm content with just Quicksilver, XCU Colossus and Wolverine for the rest of the year. The money I've saved on Legends will likely be stripped of me by Mondo with that 1/6 animated Wolverine and the Real Ghostbusters they're doing, and the occasional GI Joe here or there.
Also, no new Spider-Man VHS two-packs. I guess this line is dead too. So much for the Chameleon
Wong is also a nice figure, given we got Clea fairly recently. I can safely lock down the Dr Strange display with Strange, an Astral Strange, Clea, Wong, Dormy and a couple of Mindless Ones.
I wonder if the Dormammu head will go on the classic Villains wave Dormammu, to give him a more accurate head? 🙂

Dragon Man, Lockjaw, and FREAKING ROM?!
I don’t know the last time I was this excited for a series of reveals. I love me some Fantastic Four characters and ROM’s been in my Top 10 for a bit. Dragon Man was a ToyBiz figure that I never found despite hitting up Rite Aid on a regular basis back when he came out. What a terrible time to be a collector, lol.
I do wish Lockjaw had some better leg articulation to match Zabu and the GI Joe dogs, but he’ll still look great with everyone else. Hopefully Triton and Gorgon aren’t far behind now.
Regarding Punisher: I'm very glad to see the character isn't persona non grata for the line. I thought it would be a long time before we saw Frank in Marvel Legends again, if ever. Happy to be wrong.
But what is this costume? It's been a LONG time since I read Punisher War Journal, but I don't remember this look for Frank. Am I misremembering, or is this from some recent comic I haven't read (and won't want to)? The box has a classic Punisher War Journal logo.
We are long overdue for an updated classic Punisher, and that's a look I would much prefer to this one. The set looks great otherwise - and I will probably buy it anyway because I do want Bushwhacker, and we are now essentially paying $50 for Marvel Legends figures- but a classic 80s/early 90s Punisher would probably sell much better.
Regarding Dr. Strange, he looks really pale, no?
