They’re doing everything they can to NOT show off Odin. It’s officially pissing me off now. 😡

Really curious who would be in the Secret Wars wave.  We've already gotten ones like Monica Rambeau Captain Marvel and Dr Doom.  And She-Hulk.  Obviously, any of the big hitters could be re-released, like Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man, and Thor, since getting A-listers in classic garb availble again isn't a bad thing.  Wrecking Crew re-does seem possible, but they'd take up a lot of slots.  Or would this get multiple waves where they could be spread out.  Or will this wave be based on the recent Secret Wars storyline?  Volcana. Titania.  Rogue in green/white hooded look.

@ashtalon Lots of fun options for Secret Wars!

Absorbing Man

Titania

Volcana

Ultron— maybe a new head sculpt with black eyes and black mouth (Ultron had so many great moments in Secret Wars, like threatening Galactus and “disintegrating” Thor!)

Klaw—classic

Beyonder

Wrecking Crew

Iron Man with Jim Rhodes head sculpt

Wasp

Julia Carpenter Spider-Woman single carded

Enchantress— redo with pinless limbs would be cool (love her figure but her knees wilt)

I am hoping Doom gets released on the Secret Wars retro card. I buy 1 of the retro figures to keep in the card, and Doom is who I would prefer to have on the card.

@akatsuki Some good picks.  Beyonder kinda only works if they're including Secret Wars II, which opens up a lot more characters and looks.   I frankly don't need to see Ultron yet again, but you've got some good choices in there.  And I think we just got Klaw a couple of years ago in a 2pk, which is still available for the price of one figure.  I don't think Klaw is a big merchandise mover.  If they re-release Iron Man (with Jim Rhodes head), I think gold instead of yellow would sell better as it's been longer since the gold version came out vs the yellow which was not too long ago.

Great list, but if we don't get a classic 70's/80's style Falcon out of this, there will be riots.

Besides, and hopefully instead of, the obvious reissues, we could see:

and I’d really like to see this in a figure form:

I love everyone's "Secret Wars" picks.  I'm hopeful we'll get sold separately figures of Captain America with a shield without holes in it, classic Doctor Doom, classic Doctor Octopus with bendable wire tentacles (maybe as a Deluxe figure?), the Jim Rhodes version of Iron Man, Spider-Man and Wolverine, but after seeing the three-pack with Doom and the re-release of the two-pack of Doc Ock with Silk on BBTS, I don't know how likely those figures would be.  Maybe we can get two-packs of the main eight figures from Mattel and all-new figures for the rumored six figures "Secret Wars" wave?  I know it's unlikely, but I'm still curious and very excited to see what Hasbro will do.

And yes, classic red-and-white suit Falcon, '80s Rogue, '70s Cyclops with an optic blast, a Deluxe sold separately Hulk with better face sculpts and hair, an updated classic Thor, a new sold separately/updated Colossus, any of the Wrecking Crew, Enchantress, Titania, Volcana, the Absorbing Man and a re-released, easier-to-find Lizard would all be welcome additions to my collection.

As a side note, geez, is it me or is it getting harder to log into The Fwoosh?  Now not only do I have to check off and verify that I'm not a bot, but now I have to do a math question to log on!  Seriously?

with no noise around deadpool and wolverine figures, im worried that the "deadpool legends" repacks signal that they don't have anything ready for the film and it might be a year or two for movie figures like Spider-Man No Way Home figures. Which is crazy to me given how quickly hot toys always seems to at least have promo and prototypes ready to be seen.

So here's the thing.    Hot Toys doesn't have to pretend like it's marketed to seven year old boys and can then unabashedly market itself around an "R" rated movie

Hasbro and Disney are in a bit of pickle with the Toy Aisle on a figure line that they still like to market as sellable to children and a movie that is most assuredly NOT intended for children.     Marvel Legends is a line they still sell to the toy aisles of Target and Wal Mart and releasing a wave of figures supporting an R rated film probably makes them squirm.

If we see a wave of Legends to support this movie at all it's going to be either Fan Channel only because of the movies R rating or it's going to be based on comic book content to distance itself from the the film.

I'm not saying you have to like it,  I'm not saying it's necessary - but I do believe that it IS what's happening with two companies like Disney and Hasbro.

Secret Wars 2-packs are a good idea.  Especially when pairing a more minor character like Titania or Volcanna with an A or B lister.

I think 70s Cyclops and 80s Rogue could very well be coming in a third X-Men 97 wave.  Although Rogue’s face would likely look a bit animated.

and yes, Fwoosh’s login criteria is getting ridiculous.  I’ve given up several times on posting because logging in just wasn’t happening.  I had to switch from my desktop to my cell phone to post this, since I couldn’t enter a number in the math problem.  The opposite happened the other day.  I’ve been on this site forever, but this log in issue is going to turn me into a lurker only and then very likely I’ll just stop coming by.  Frustrating.

OMG... yesterday it WOULD NOT let me type numbers into the security question box, so I just had to read and not participate.
