Doom 2099 would be AMAZING.
I remember picking the first issue up and LOVING that it was (maybe, probably) *our* Doom.
And that costume slaps.
The lack of 2099 figures in the Legends line is a bit appalling. Considering we first got Spider-man 2099 way back in the Spider-man Classics line that gave birth to the Marvel Legends line, we have yet to see any other 2099 characters in Marvel Legends.

The AoA and Xmen 2099 5" lines were some of my favorites as a kid and the comics were both differentiated and interesting. They leaned hard into doing something different and succeeded. I would love a few series of Xmen 2099 (and maybe Hulk 2099. And another couple waves of AoA...)
I never had X-Men 2099 comics or toys but find myself looking at them a lot on ebay and would love updates. Hulk and Punisher would be badass as well. These would be much cooler than most of what actually does come out, it's disappointing they don't get toy support.

There's 2099 Iron Man, yes?
La Lunatica always caught my eye on toy shelves - but that's probably because she was always. still. there. 🙂

Are you thinking of Iron Man 2020? Quit living in the past, man!
X-Men 2099 was a legitimately good comic with interesting stories and well thought out characters that weren't just analogs for existing mutants. I enjoyed all the 5 inch figures they did and would love it if the comic characters were resurrected in some way and even more if that meant we could get Legends figures.
Honestly given the various time and space breaches that have brought characters into the main MU... it wouldn't be that challenging to have the 2099 team fall into the 616. Anyway...
I only remember X-Men 2099 as being so super-90s. Members were named, like, Skullfire and Meanstreak and Bloodhawk. Even at the time I was kind of embarrassed for it.
My favorite 2099 comic was actually Ravage, but only for the brief time he was an avenging CEO driving a garbage truck. Then they mutated him and I lost interest. It was hilarious. Issue 9 was the "everything you know about him is wrong" issue, and I was like "we literally know nothing about him."
Doom 2099 was a decent book too - I really liked JF Moore's take and then Warren Ellis kicked it up a notch.
And while the naming of the 2099 X-men characters was definitely a little 90's Xtreme! - the book was actually solid. I honestly thought Moore was going to get really big in comics and then he just sort of fell off the planet so to speak.
Can we PLEASE get another Marauder. The villians in one of the biggest Xmen storyline and yet we have only....Vertigo. Even a Polaris with a Malice choker spare head would be appreciated.
If they're doing avengers, a green/red costume Wonderman would be nice
Given the size of my collection, the space I actually have and how much isn’t displayed I’m trying to stay limited to just 616 aside from some Spider& adjacent au figures and of course Crystar.
I don’t remember much about X-Men 2099, aside character names and some of their changes, and I even stuck around for 25 issues-yikes. I never read Crossgen and Malibu despite their initial heavy hitter artist&writer roster was of no interest; but to be fair even Hickman on the new Ultimate Universe isn’t enticing me to reread the initial stories (ptsd from Ultimatum?).
Thought I’d pass it’d be great if Hasbro could do a LCBH style couple waves for those with the space and interest in stuff like 2099, Malibu, Crossgen etc.
There's a new drop coming on the first of next month, the tease says "beautiful mutants I can hear in the distance".
