I hope the Secret Wars figures aren't just a tribute to the original toy line, since classic Falcon is the only one I would want. Obviously some of the A-listers will have to be among the six but I hope we get at least one out of Titania, Volcana, green costume Rogue, 80s Wasp, or leotard She-Hulk. The Wrecking Crew could use a re-do but I'd rather get them in a set or two 2-packs.

I think that is it. We are likely overthinking the Strange Tales moniker and equating it to characters that actually appeared in Timely and then Marvel's comic of that name. As much as I'd want a Goom and Paste Pot Pete action figure this seems like a catch all Marvel term for the weirdo corners of the Marvel Universe.
I totally agree. My guess in the 2024 General Discussion thread was that it would be something similar to the 'Dark Side' series Toy Biz put out.

So now that the general rush of seeing these new rumors has worn off, I have to once again lament at Hasbro’s apparent disregard for fans of Thor and his world.
Sure, there’s the rumored Odin Deluxe, but we again see them ignore pivotal characters like Balder, The Warriors Three, Skurge, Karnilla, and Lorelei. Not to mention Simonson versions of Loki and battle armor Thor himself. Villains like a Wrecking Crew and Absorbing Man redux, Mangog, Tyr, Zarrko, and Mercurio.
Really bums me out.

Agree about wanting more Thor figures, but the Odin deluxe does have me excited. We've all been wanting a proper Odin for so long! I hope they knock him out of the park.
Interested to see what Loki in the Cabal/Dark Reign set looks like too - it would be off-theme to make a Simonson or classic Loki there, but stranger things have happened.
I see a lot of stuff to get excited about on these leaked lists, but the unknown waves - Strange Tales, Avengers - hold the most exciting possibilities here. Hopefully they pull in some obscure characters and have interesting BAFs!

No idea, but traditionally it's right around this time if I recall correctly.
I think it's usually mid-Feb, after Toy Fair. But iirc there is not Toy Fair this year.
Next Toy Fair is March 2025 in NY. Starting in 2026 it will take place every January in New Orleans.
Also worth noting that leak lists typically aren't exhaustive. Some stuff doesn't get leaked, especially Pulse & Amazon exclusives.

Agreed! It's hard to understand how we haven't gotten more Thor characters yet with the most glaring for me being the Warriors Three, Kurse and comic based Heimdall and Executioner. Those are my biggest wants but would certainly buy a Balder, Frigga and Fenris among others as well.
I'd love a new Frost Giant army builder around the size of SuperAdaptoid/Surtur with alternate heads also! I have one of the old Hasbro Marvel Universe 12" version and I bought several of the McFarlane Witcher Ice Giants when they got super cheap, but would love a new Hasbro update.
