Dan said to expect something "classic" next week, so the speculation is centering around that 1st App. Wasp figure we've seen.
I'm sure someone will share the exact post from Twitter.
There was also a shrunken Quinjet showed last week implying some size changing character. So there’s some speculation Wasp might have Yellowjacket or some such with her.
Astonishing Wolverine looks fantastic. If legit, then they're really going all in on the Astonishing line-up, which is great news. If we finally get Armor, Hasbro will have knocked off a character that's been in my top 10 for years.
I still can't believe they haven't yet. They'd cover Kitty, Jean, Cyclops, Angel, Magik, Moonstar, Karma, Sunspot, Cannonball, Cypher, Wolfsbane, Pixie, Surge, X-23, Hellion...........
Forreal. It's low hanging fruit at this point.
I might want a redo of the blue and white/silver Quicksilver as much as the green. Not that I wouldn't take the green to put on the X-Men shelf, but the blue costume one they did is so disappointing. Such a personalityless head that doesn't really look like the character. Not taking the extra time to paint the neck flesh colored.
We really haven't gotten a full-team, on-model version of either the early years Kirby FF or the Byrne FF, especially in terms of Reed and Sue. Close but not fully there, not to the extent we have gotten artist specific X-Men, Thor, Spidey etc., at times.
Of the remaining FF villains, Diablo I think has the most distinct look.
I will be pretty excited to get a Puppet Master and Alicia Masters 2-pack when that gets released in 2040, and by released I mean I will be able to ask the AI driven 3D printer to make me one at that point. (Which is, in all seriousness, where I suspect action figures will be in the future...)
I always had love for the FF and am disappointed the Retro wave wasn't received as well (?) Psycho Man is awesome!! I was at a new comic store and the owner had displayed the old 5 inch figures Toy Biz made in the 90s - what a fun line and it went deep. I would like Kirby figures period. Let's see Odin and we're getting Ikaris. I am tempted by Mezco's FF. But just make a non-muscley body with wrinkles for Reed and I still am not satisfied with the Torch either.
As for Astonishing Wolverine - he looks amazing. I got Cyclops a couple weeks ago from Pulse and will gladly add to him, they really are bringing Cassaday's work to life. However, I would still like to see some bold figures - give me a Robot Wolverine, or even Wolverine as Death. That never got a figure before.
And Armor, Ord, Danger, and Rockslide are overdue. That would actually be cool as hell, we know the main cast is an obvious entry.
If if they really do another Quicksilver, I wouldn’t mind his 90s look from his solo book and the Busiek/Perez Avengers.

I assume it'll be original green, but I wouldn't mind his Onslaught era look. Heck I wouldn't mind bald Bishop, Ozymandias, purple suited/strand bangs Storm, short coat Gambit, and bandana Wolverine to go with all the harping I do about wanting Onslaught Era Cannonball.
@jtmarsh None of those looks are likely to make it on my top 10 list any time soon, but I would buy every single one of them and most other unique looks from that era too. Use them to complement the very obvious blue Angel/Crimson Dawn Psylocke 2-pack that we are all hoping comes to fruition.
I think that Quicksilver costume is cool - better than the green, for sure.
That's not Mr. Fantastic?
That's not Mr. Fantastic?
It was the day he fell asleep on a pile of Sue's warm laundry and got mixed into the ironing pile.
Mr Immortal would make a cool figure, and super easy to execute (heh).
And Dinah Soar would be amazing to see as an ML figure.
