I like the sound of a BaF Dreadnought. Or, if they don't want to have any new tooling (or minimal at most) for the wave at all, just go with the Mindless One again, and use it as a chance to get the troop builders they won't rerelease back into circulation.
This would be so smart. Can you imagine an entire wave of figures people want to buy multiples of? What a money-maker.
I never got a chance at the SHIELD or Skrull army builders sold on Hasbro Pulse, so I'd 200% back a big release that gets them back in the market.
My one hangup, though, that's keeping me from getting any kind of SHIELD or Hydra characters is that Marvel Legends Hydra don't look like what I think Hydra looks like.
They need the 'H' tunic w/ skirt and the over-the-nose mask. It's a literal deal-breaker for me.
These guys redone on a modern body (Vulcan perhaps) would be something I'd definitely be down for.

Yeah, the main reason I didn't pick up any Hydra figures is because I really wanted the old-school 60's/70's looking Hydra Troopers! I love to see them do a classic version.

This Jack O'Lantern is so great.
I'd always been fond of the character and thought he deserved more appearances. This figure hits all the marks.
New movie Deadpool & Wolverine revealed! (not from DP 3? Logan is in the wifebeater) I dunno how to post pics, sorry!

Jack is the only figure from this wave I picked up. Like you, I've always had a soft spot for this design, and that hover disc especially. Just love the whole look.
They’re doing a small Deadpool Legacy assortment like they did for Black Panther.

Apparently the guns come out of his holsters

Posted this about Jack in the other thread
…not 5 seconds removed from the packaging his left arm snapped off at the glove 🤬
To clarify…His forearm is two sculpts, the glove and the lower elbow joint. The elbow pegs into a hole in the glove portion, so be careful when posing.
Any guesses as to what we might see revealed tomorrow at WonderCon?
I'm hoping it's one or some of the following:
-Rumored Iron Man Retro wave, or at least show a few figures
-Destiny & Mystique 2-pack
-ALBERT and Elsie Dee
-Something to compliment HasLab Giant-Man
-Something Inhumans related
Over on Instagram, Steve Evans said that the Deadpool and Wolverine that were just revealed are not the WonderCon reveals.
I mean... the convention floor opens today at 11:30 so there's at least a chance something will sneak out into the display today as a sneak peak reveal, right? They usually do that in San Diego, so I wouldn't be surprised at all if we see at least something new this afternoon.
As far as I know, Hasbro is not going to have a booth on the show floor, they'll just have a panel.
And here's something we all need too keep in mind: That panel is only going to be an hour long. Ryan is going to be the only Marvel guy there. He has to share the panel with all the other Hasbro brands. I figure he'll only have about ten minutes, fifteen tops. I think we'll get two reveals, three if we're lucky.
So my advice to you all is this: Do NOT get too excited. Temper your expectations. That way you won't be disappointed.

This is a bare bones WonderCon. No Hasbro booth (They've never had one there before anyway), no Marvel, no DC, no Dark Horse, no Image, no Boom. IDW will be there but Anaheim is pretty close to their backyard so they're not going far. There will be lots of vendors there if you're in the mood to shop. So basically this year's show isn't going to be much more than a glorified swap meet.
Also: It's supposed to rain like Hell in Southern California this weekend. I'm going to be driving up from San Diego so I may not even go. I'm just going to play it by ear.
Yeah... I really miss the days when WonderCon was the convention for Northern California and SDCC was the con for southern california. I actually used to attend it back then.
I remember when they used the renovation of the Moscone Convention center in SF as the excuse to "temporarily" relocate WonderCon to LA and then just never came back.
But yeah, it never had the cultural pull of ComiCon. Thanks for the reminder though.
