I was irritated about that Zola at first as well, but like you, the Kirby face and getting Heinrich will offset that.
What does irritate me is that Black Winter figure. Another one-off baddie while Skurge, Kurse, and so many other Thor villains and supporting cast still languish in Hasbro obscurity.

At least Ka-Zar with a Zabu BAF has set the precedent for Crystal and a Lockjaw BAF combo...
@thor-el Black Winter is just...sigh. If they had used this body for a Copiel Thor redo, it would have been so much more interesting. Black Winter just seems like such a lazy design, but I suppose it's an obvious cost-cutting reuse. Although he does get new parts (head, cape), but he's still cheaper to make than an all-new character. I would like some new Thor characters though and not just countless variations of only Thor himself, though.
While I wouldn't mind Baron Zemo, I don't need another Arnim Zola. So I'll be waiting for that 2pk to go on sale.
Overall, the reveals don't do much for me. The Zabu wave is semi-interesting if only for its complete randomness, and it does give us some needed characters/looks.
Man, that Zemo/Zola 2-pack is great. I love love love Arnim Zola and the old BAF is beautiful, but that updated Kirby faceplate is just perfect. And a new OG Zemo is long overdue. Fantastic stuff! And that removable fur piece is begging to be reused for Red Ghost...
SHIELD 3-pack is cool. I can't tell if Dugan is on a body that's actually a little soft around the midsection, or just a standard ripped buck. I'd rather have Fury Jr. in the Commander Rogers suit for some variety in my SHIELD army, but it's cool to get him like this. Wonder if it will come with any extra heads?
I haven't been collecting the animated Spider-Man stuff but that Morbius looks pretty great!
I was happy with my BAF Arnim Zola but I get the need to rerelease these. Would be nice to have done so in a single pack. Paint that Widow / Sharon Carter body red, get some more substantial boots, spy gun and a new head and they could have done a Contessa Valentina in that 2 pack instead. New character; minimal costs. I didn’t get a good look at the “Kirbyness” of the face in comparison to the BAF. If that is true and the colors are nicer I could be compelled to switch I suppose. Getting for Zemo either way.
How hard would it have been to use that Thor / Black Winter body for a Baldur the Brave. He doesn’t really have a singular iconic look just more of an iconic idiom. Paint the tunic a leathery orange, the armor a steely grey/blue, new head, furred cape and sword. Wouldn’t that have far more appeal than Black Winter?
Some nice reveals either way. Excited for Ikaris, Kazar and Zabu. Coincidentally just been reading the Silver Age Amazing Adventures with Kazar in them. Mainly bc I never realized the first few were drawn by Kirby and then Barry Windsor Smith. Not to mention the Wally Wood and then Gene Colan Dr Doom backup.

@derrabbi Balder shouldn't be as big as Thor, so I wouldn't want that. Using something like Black Knight may make more sense for Balder.
Regarding the SHIELD 3pk. I imagine some alternate heads (Nick Fury Sr) will be in the set. However, getting a couple sets to utilize the extra heads leaves you with multiple Sharon Carters. Her outfit doesn't seem like something you'd army build.

True; but I think of him as bigger than Black Knight. Most Asgardians are. I think of Thor as like 6'6" 250 lbs (equivalent). Baldur 6'4" 225 lbs (equiv) and Black Knight like 6' even 190 lbs. Give or take. Doesn't that herald Thor scale a little small next to the 80th Thor anyway? All I care about.
Finally a damn Wolfsbane to complete my Xfactor team! Also need that Cable. Everything else looks good, but I’m focusing on Xmen characters these days (until they make Smart Hulk). Too many great figs coming out to buy everything that looks neat.
Zabu makes a lot more sense as a BAF than, say, Cosmo!
Overall pretty good showing. At first glance, in for Spidey/Wolverine two-pack, Shield 3-pack (Sharon's shows do bother me a bit though), Black Winter (YES), and Ka-Zar. Will probably pick up Wolfsbane, Cable, and Red Widow although I want them more for the BAF pieces. Really want Zabu. Looks fantastic.
