Deluxe Hulkbuster Iron Man! That would be awesome. Hopefully it will be the classic comic version. But I’d buy any Hulkbuster armor.
I hope it's not the same version as the Marvel Select. That's such a good figure, I'm not sure I'd need a replacement.
You're the expert, how many different versions of the Hulkbuster have there been?
My preference would be for a classic comic version, like what ditko showed. Similar to the old Toy Biz version. For whatever reason, the Marvel Select Hulkbuster figure, which is excellent, always struck me more as the second Hulkbuster drone armor that Iron Man built to operate remotely via his Extremis Armor.
As Ash Talon wrote, sometimes the engineering on Marvel Legends can be so nice like ML Destroyer is amazing. So I still want to see what Hasbro can do with ML figures of comic Hulkbuster Iron Man, classic Titanium Man, and classic Crimson Dynamo. Sometimes Hasbro can achieve such a great blend of aesthetics and functional articulation.
Technically there was also a huge Hulkbuster armor that Tony built during World War Hulk. It looked more like a generic mecha design to me. Cool fight, but less distinctive looking, in my opinion.
@disneyboy Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price, or "sticker price". It's what the manufacturer (Hasbro in this case) suggests the item be sold for. It means there's no crazy mark-up, like Hasbro suggests a figure sell for $24.99 and a shop decides to sell it for $29.99 to make more money. So MSRP is as cheap as you can get it without a discount.
Ahhh - gotcha. So is the US MSRP set and then conversion to Canadian applied to get the Canadian price? Or does Hasbro set a US MSRP and then a Canadian MSRP?
...this is the general discussion thread.
Then let's get down to brass tacks: Hasbro, where the hell is my classic General Thaddeus Thunderbolt Ross??!?!
Hulk has been flea-leaping all around my display units running amok and causing all sorts of property damage unimpeded for 20+ years now without a certain silver-mustachioed military man being deployed to end those shenanigans and finally put that big green butthole in his place. This has all gone way too far and to be honest, I'm sick of it.
Fresh Monkey Fiction has you covered for a Thunderbolt Ross. Pricey though.

Yeah... I actually pre-ordered more than one of those... Definitely going to use for Ross, but may also be using for G.I. Joe - either as Colton or Flagg.
@derrabbi Much gratitude for the heads up. I had no idea such plastic perfection existed. My preorder has been placed and my day had been made! Good lookin' out!
I keep looking at the mindless one and wondering, do you guys think Hasbro could pretty easily rework this into a first appearance Thing? He'd just need a new head, new feet and shorts. But everything else could be as is currently sculpted, just in orange. He even has the right number of fingers! (though that doesn't always matter, see Ch'od)
Given the soft lumpiness of the body, I think he may be better for a first appearance Rhino, but a Thing would be an interesting use.
A random thought just popped into my head, about a character that I'd like to see get made in toy. Stevie Hunter. 😀 Does anyone else agree that they should make her in toy, eventually?
@basil-elks AbsoLUTEly! Ideally with beaded braids and leg warmers. I think that's her most iconic look, and would distinguish her beyond "random civilian" on the shelf.
Weren't there some reveals or announcements coming or was it just the 97 preorders?

Entertainment Earth teased a pre-order last week. The pre-order was X-Men '97 wave two.
