LOL, "We're going to resell you ALL of the Wolverines we've ever done, but pinless."  Open your wallet, bub.

Worse yet...they're going to package them with other desired characters in 2-packs so you have to buy all of those Wolverines to get the other characters that you want.

Hmmmm....my crystal ball doesn't see TOO much of that happening, maybe a little bit.  But going back to the Wolverine well with pinless was always a guarantee.  There aren't very many comic versions of him that have not been done, it's time to reboot.

Personally, there would need to be something really great happening beyond the pinless to make me rebuy my Wolverines.  Pinless was never a strong selling point for me, even with characters like Spidey, and I think the Wolvie buck they've been using is pretty perfect.  Painted on the arm hair, and giving each one (good) unmasked Logan heads, would get my attention.  Maybe rework the torso to get an diaphram swives (though, again, I'm fine with the torso we have already).  I don't know.....we'll see what happens.

There are still a bunch of Wolverines they haven't done. Ultimate, New X-Men, 90s Bandana, Patch in Suit, Albert, Astonishing...

And my personal most wanted of the untouched Wolverines, Death, Horseman of Apocalypse. Well, I guess I'd place that right after Albert since he's an entirely new character, but still...! Totally stoked to see what these two-packs look like and what else they have in store for us mutant fans. Would love Roughouse, Bloodscream, and Mr. X, personally.

Although a completely lame and mostly forgotten concept and character, Romulus would make an awesome action figure. You know any kids unfamiliar with him would beg their parents to pick up the big Wolverine guy with all the obnoxious claws. Ogun would be super easy for them to do, too, since they already have a solid ninja buck. All the bubs!

Nefaria is my most wanted off the leak list, but I must admit that an X-Mas Angel would be a nice surprise.

EE’s Drop Zone for Jan 18:

Two figures enter. One box leaves. What amazing surprise awaits you? Well, we can't say, as it would not be a surprise otherwise. Get dressed up for this one, it's not black tie but we think it should be quite the event.

Is this a hint for the rumored Patch/Fixit 2-pack?

Yeah that seems like an obvious hint for the Patch/Fixit 2-pack -  which also fits Ryan's Wolverine themed hint.    I think including the word "amazing" in the hint is an attempt at red herring to get people thinking Spider-Man,  but it's Patch/Fixit

I just skimmed through last year's livestream. If this year's follows suit, this is what we'll see revealed:

Wolverine Anniversary product

X-Men BAF wave

Maybe a random Spidey-related figure

A few teases

I'm hoping we get just a bit more, like at least one Iron Man Retro wave figure and one Avengers Retro wave figure.

Add in some better thoracic articulation and it's a deal. They're always going to need to make Wolverines - might as well make them better than the last time!

So we'll finally get back to where we were with the ML6 Wolverine 🤣

I think we'll see some Avengers stuff since Giant-Man funded. Last year they had the cloud of the EoV failure hanging over them but this year they'll probably want to hype their victory a bit more. We know Wasp and Red Widow are coming, maybe they show Count Nefaria too if he's in that wave?

More interested in seeing the figures coming with the Wolverines than the Wolverines themselves.

Have they announced how FA Wasp is coming? I suspect that will be revealed.

Completing the NWH villains would also make sense.

Obligatory I hope I see someone out of Angel, Crystal, Airwalker, Warriors Three, etc. wishlisting...

Picked up the Morbius and 6-arm Spidey set since Walmart has it on clearance, and I surprisingly love it.  I skipped the original 6-arm Spidey for one main reason--I wanted to get him into both upright poses and poses where he's walking around on all eight limbs like a spider, and I knew I wouldn't be able to get the spider poses without a diaphragm joint.  This guy can definitely get some good 8-legged human spidery poses, so I'm really liking him.

It's always fun when you get a figure that has some entirely new articulation type.  Spiral was fun for that reason, and this 6-arm Spidey is fun for the same reason.  It's also why I love the Mafex Gambit with the heavily-wired jacket being like a second figure you pose around the Gambit figure, and it's why I love the Figuarts movie Venom and Carnage with the symbiote tendrils that you pose like they're extra arms.  Really looking forward to No Way Home Doc Ock for the same reasons.

It would be spectacular and hilarious if they announced or hinted at Feral, Crystal, Wolfsbane, Skurge, halo suit Angel, Lockjaw, Excalibur Rachel and classic Banshee just to watch the annual Fwoosh Top 10 list go nuts.
