Oh good suggestion on the Wolverine shoulder pads, JTMarsh. Still love what Hasbro has done with the Wolverines I have (tiger stripe and brown suit) and it would take something pretty special to get me to rebuy, but we'll see what they come up with.

90s Toybiz did a good job on that Capullo space suit Cable, I actually bought that space suit Wolvie moc last year,  Cable would go good with him. All those Phoenix wave figures were fun. Phoenix's hair lit up,  Gladiator had a punch action, Warstar had a sweet paint job, Ch'od was accurate!

I'd really dig an ML of that old spacesuit Cable from the '90s TB line. That was a weird one for me as a kid because I don't think I ever considered it a favorite figure, but it was in regular rotation and for a while was my go-to Cable figure.

And that kind of nostalgia-bait is basically where I'm at with ML these days. Not meaning to sound grumpy or whatever, but the constant stream of inaccurate figures that Hasbro puts out as 'good enough' has just really soured me on the line overall. But I'll still pick up the stuff they do really well - what I'm not doing is team building and the like because that's where I feel like the annoyance comes in; always ending up with sub-par figures just to finish a team or a storyline or whatever.
If they make a really good spacesuit Cable, I'll be all over it. I'll take the spacesuit Wolverine as well.

May be an image of vulture, Superman, toy and text that says 'MARVEL LEGENDS SERIES MARVEL 2023 HASBRO RENDERED. PRODUCT MAY VARY INALPRODUCTION.'

Is that Madeline's recycled brooch?

Looking fab!

And Madelyne's broach was different, this has the sun beam edges where hers didn't.

Gonna need to see Lilandra's staff Hasbro, otherwise this is all for nought!

She looks great, but her shoulders and neck should be painted black. Hopefully they can tweak that before release.

EDIT: Fast and ugly photoshop tweak.

The all silver upper body is accurate to probably the most famous image of Lilandra out there so I'm quite pleased with it personally.

I'm just happy her thigh coverings are black, and not the blue that is often depicted and the most common I see in customs. But that just means they can release a variant down the line, Hasbro loves to treat us so well!

She looks great--now I'm thinking about the Imperial Guard. A 5 figure boxset wouldn't be unwelcome, Hasbro... wink wink.

I honestly wouldn't have noticed it otherwise, but on a purely aesthetic level I do prefer your alterations.

I'm used to the OHOTMU pic by Byrne(?) so it seems odd to me without the added black (though in the art's case it's blues).

Yeah I think I prefer the black on the arms as well even though all silver is not inaccurate.

Can we tell if the torso lines are sculpted?

From what I could tell they seem to be. So looks like I'll be adding some black paint once I get her.

Just took a look- it was Dave Cockrum (I think i've said it before, but he was my favorite comic designer, followed closely by Perez). Great visual recall though!

Cockrum was a true master. I'm wholly with you in the love for his character designs. And I enthusiastically second your Pérez love as well.
