Ah yea I forgot Wolverine was described as civilian Logan. If that’s the case, there is a pretty good chance I’ll hook shot that one straight into the scrap bin but I’ll hope for the best.

I wouldn't mind a civilian Wolverine figure.  Plaid shirt.  Maybe a jacket.  Especially if he had an alternate head with his hat.  I don't think we've gotten him in a plaid shirt.  And the only jacketed one was an old man version of him.  So there's room for something cool.

And also, I don't think there has to be a direct linkage between Wolverine and Lilandra.  They're both X-Men related characters.  Nuff said.

Yeah, he'd look awesome in Corsair colors.

oh man; thanks, it’s been a long time but I didn’t remember the packaging having Phoenix Saga-specific demarcation! Makes a ton of sense since it was heavily promoted via TAS, I totally forgot this look was in that wave, plus it was repainted often too so hence the confusion! He was lumped in with Gladiator/Phoenix/Warstar/Corsair right?

Astonishing and New X-Men are the two Wolverine variants I still want.

If they would do a pinless brown suit or tiger-stripe again with a *Dave Cockrum style* head, I’ll be a happy sonuva bitch.

yeah; I'd get those upgrades. I thought I could fudge the new 97 one but I just cant with the massive head fins. I sorta miss the painted arm hair too.

The 5” Spacesuit Wolverine was based on X-Men #25, end of Fatal Attractions where Magneto yoinked his Adamantium and gets mind-wiped; wouldn’t make a ton of sense to include that with Lilandra.

The connection would be that it was released as part of the Phoenix Saga Wave in the original 5" X-Men line:

Maybe the Wolverine Wave will come on Retro cards?

The leaked list pairs Lilandra with "Logan," so who knows what it could be at this point?

Only problem with this will be that I end up wanting the other X-Men in their Fatal Attractions inspired suits.  So that means Space Xavier, Space Jean, Space Quicksilver, Space Gambit and Space Rogue, and then there's the whole topic of Acolyte Colossus as well.  Be still my aching wallet.

The existing Wolverine buck is excellent but there's room to improve. I would happily rebuy most of his main costumes if they made some upgrades - particularly the torso articulation!

BTW, I love that Logan refused to take off his helmet in his spacesuit. Granted, he saw Lilandra's hair and her helmet and thought "hold my beer."

There was also a Space Cable based on Greg Capullo's work in X-Cutioner's Song.  Make them all I say.  MAKE THEM ALL!

Does a Wolverine based off Silvestri's "Here Comes Tomorrow" run count as a civilian Wolverine?  I wouldn't mind the Nightcrawler(s) and Phoenix from that story as figures.  As for the current Wolverine bodytype I hope they move more toward the shoulder loop technique like on M for the paldron rather than always having it pinned directly into his shoulder.

@jtmarsh I'd buy all of those twice.
