Dark Ms. Marvel, LFG!!!! I've been wanting this Moonstone look forever. So now we have Iron Patriot, Dark Ms. Marvel, Marvel Boy and Sentry (and Ares, though he could use an update). If they can crank out Spider-Man, Hawkeye and Wolverine, then that's the whole team completed.

AOf note, in the livestream they say "Maybe there's another Dark Avenger... or several in 2025," so I wonder who they're referring to. I don't remember seeing who else was in the leaks for next year.

Shocked this was the only reveal but this was a character on my wish list so i'm psyched.

Any time Hasbro losing the license comes up my anxiety gets going, but my gawd if it went to McFarlane I'm so out. I have a bunch of his DC stuff and they're just... Unwelcoming? Like they don't feel like action figures the way Legends do. And his female characters are pretty terrible, the bare minimum he is willing to produce. And man, he can't finish teams. Dude had the Critical Role license and couldn't even produce the full seven character party before giving up, gave up after four.

Even if it went to a different company with a matching scale, they understandably would want to start with the basics, which would give up so much development.

But if Hasbro got the DC license? Ungodly amounts of money. I would spend ungodly amounts of money on Hasbro DC figures.

Thats a fact. I’ve been happy with my DCUC collection, but if they were done in match Legends style I’d absolutely start over.

Regarding today’s reveal, I’m glad to get what’s basically the original Ms. Marvel costume, and even happier she has the bare legs. And while I’ll be disappointed if she doesn’t come with Carol’s original look for this, I’m okay with this as the EMH version as well.

Just really disappointed this was the only reveal today. Though unsurprised that once again the Thor/Asgardian corner of Marvel gets an “eff off!” from the Legends team.

Faaaantastic! Really excited to add Karla to the Dark Avengers. I know there was a lot of consternation about making her comic accurate with the bare legs, so I'm glad that wasn't a hold up. A second Carol head is the most obvious thing in the world, so hopefully we'll see it. Happy to hear more Dark Avengers are coming too.

At first glance I was going to bemoan the fact that we were getting another female figure on a body with limited articulation, but on second look - she's got the full complement of articulation I thought she might be missing - ab crunch and thoracic articulation, butterflies, and double elbows! Very happy to see that - I really would like that to just become the minimum articulation we can expect on everyone.

HOWEVER - I must once again lament the painted on costume details, gloves, and boots. They really gotta step up their game there.

To be honest, for "the year of Wolverine", I'm disappointed that we didn't get an Albert, with Elsie Dee figure reveal, at all, this year. Hopefully later, but looks doubtful.

Bet on a rumored Crossbones.

Or...I don't know, another one random figure.

All the Ghost Riders combined probably haven't moved 1% of the merchandise Batman has, and I'm sure Todd can get 20,000 retail orders for a Batmobile in a few phone calls. GR, especially Robbie, does not have that mass appeal.

Yeah I get Ghost Rider isn't Batman (although I think his figure library is much cooler) but that wasn't my point.  I think we can agree a Hellcharger is wanted, just not at $350.  My point is Hasbro's big corporate greed and we can't get that car because they want $350 for it while Todd cranks out $80-100 Batmobiles regularly.

I think $200 for a Hellcharger is pretty fair and would work great.

Hasbro is making some great stuff, but overall just way way way too safe and plain for my sustained interest. A.L.B.E.R.T. would be awesome.  Where are the rest of the fucking Reavers?  Some slow burn buildup is fun, or used to be years ago, but there comes a point when all interest is lost when teams are left incomplete or take forever to do so.  And I think some curveball things like A.L.B.E.R.T. are missed.  But it takes more effort for that than a simple black repaint or whatever.

I forgot all about the 1027 event.

Dark Ms. Marvel looks fantastic! Really awesome news. The execution looks great. I definitely need two— one for the Dark Avengers and one for Carol’s costume in Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes! It would be cool if she had a second head sculpt, too.

2025 will probably see an Ares update, which is great, however we still don't have Skurge or the Warriors Three.

This continues to be such a downer.  Four Thor movies and Three Avengers movies and nada.  Please make more classic Thor supporting characters Hasbro.

Not disagreeing with you because I want all of the things you've identified here and elsewhere, but just some perspective - it's wild to say "Where are the rest of the fucking Reavers?" and we've got excellent figures of Lady Deathstrike, Bonebreaker, Skullbuster, and Pretty Boy. 10 years ago getting the core of that group would have been an absolute pipe dream, and now we're in a spot to agitate for the 3 lesser known members most people can't even name - and even one of those they at least made a head for. It's a pretty great problem to have.

This can never be emphasized nor quoted enough, and I’ll never stop calling them out.
