Whether it's Random or Bushwacker, I can't wrap my head around turning body parts into a weapon that fires actual projectiles. What......what are those projectiles made out of?
For a lot of these B and C list characters, I actually have more of a connection to their movie versions than their comics versions. Chalk it up to my early comic reading years being almost exclusively X-Men (a LITTLE Spider-Man) but just about anything Avengers, it was that first decade of the MCU that really brought me onboard with them. I had a Sam Cap in my cart at Target just yesterday clearanced down to $10. Good enough looking figure, you'll never beat the price, but I have read zero comics with Sam Wilson as Cap. I ended up leaving him for a bigger fan. Now when they do an Anthony Mackie Cap next year, I'd be interested. So with Wong, I'm more likely to stick with Benedict Wong Wong and display him next to my comic Dr. Strange. I know OCD would drive most collectors insane just thinking about doing that, but I get a kick out out of it. Display Hasbro with Toybiz with movie.....break up the homogeneousness just a little.
That was one thing about the X-Men cartoon I hated; them making Apocalypse launch missiles or whatever out of a gun-hand (didn't stop me from buying the figure, though).
I don't even want to display the organic weapons on Bushwacker. I'd prefer him looking like just a regular thug. I read up on him a bit, didn't realize he's more of a Daredevil rogue.

They're just like Marrow or Wolverine... only *faster*

I get how he does what he does, but not Bushwacker or Random. Apocalypse has complete control over the molecules of his body, so I see how he would be able to transform into whatever he wanted--so when he launches a missile, it's a missile.
But yea, I don't like any of them doing it. It stretches the laws of physics more than my suspension of disbelief is comfortable with relative to other characters who require me to ignore less about how superpowered beings would work in our universe.
Heheheheh I watched Videodrome at a very early age and liked it more than is probably healthy, so Random and Bushwhacker’s powers make me happy and I just love how weird and gross they are.
And yes, I just assume they use human teeth as ammo.
Bushwacker's weapon arms are cybernetic enhancements, so the ammo is stored in his body or something. It's up to the reader as to how he reloads.

I always assumed it was by suppository
Cracked open the Punisher two pack. I like Frank well enough - I think I have to pull out that what was it, a Gamestop exclusive that was a War Journal version a while back? To compare, but I like the non-screaming head and such. Nothing fancy. (Frank-on-Bike is my eternal favorite though, he just looks like ten miles of bad road and I love it.)
Bushwacker is absolutely repulsive. I mean, kudos to the sculptors cos thar arm gun is VEINY. I simultaneously hate this figure and am ABSOLUTELY going to be using him for photo setups to punk my friends. I'm simultaneously like "thanks I hate it" and also "Oh, I'm putting this guy on a BIRTHDAY CARD for my best friend this year."
@docsilence see, that’s the way!! Inflict the gross stuff on your friends and family! I know I do. My wife has definitely met Bushwhacker and has strong opinions about him, and that is, like, most of the fun!
BBTS says my Odin is inbound.

If you like Videodrome, you may like The Substance. It's a body horror movie starring Demi Moore. It's rather awesome. My favorite movie of the year. It gets way more extreme than Videodrome, though. But at least it's funny which makes the gore palatable.
I'm thinking of cracking and getting the Punisher/Bushwhacker 2pk. Was going to hold off for a sale, but it's tempting me.
@aceofknaves I'm gonna use the finger guns hand as a meme. Any time someone with a sense of humor needs me to confirm something, Bushwacker smiling and pointing back at ya!
Punisher vs. Bushwacker set is awesome. This Punisher has an excellent base body—is it all new? Seems like it. Great proportions and articulation. Both head sculpts are cool, and he comes with a bunch of weapons. Best Punisher figure yet.
Bushwacker is so unique and cool. It’s like his arms are T-1000 but with guns. Wikipedia says he literally eats the bullets to reload his weapons. That head sculpt is so gross and filled with personality—it’s really well done.
Had a chance to open Crystal and Lockjaw. It’s such a fun set. Took so many years to finally get these two characters, but they came out great. Love both head sculpts and the face printing for Crystal. And she has new energy effects! Base body and articulation are excellent.
Lockjaw is nicely sculpted. The face sculpts have a ton of personality. Really fun to get more Inhumans. Gorgon and Triton next, please.
