Long gone as far as I know. Bought them on sale from ShopDisney like 3-5 years ago.
Dang! Really cool piece, though.

It really is extremely foolish that these aren't kept in production. I have a good many, but with Iron Man armors constantly being added, I've now officially run out of room and have been forced to start to remove some armors in favor of others. I'd love to be able to just jump in at any time and grab another set when needed.
A little more background on those Disney armory pods--they were first offered for sale in mid-2020 for $29.99. Like Norm I bought mine when they went on sale; I got them for $17 or $18 apiece during the 2020 holiday season. I bought five and have only opened two so far because I don't have space for five right now. They did restock them once in 2021, but after that I haven't seen them go back up for sale. They came with a 5-inch iron Man figure that had a lot of accessory options geared towards kids.
Jesse Falcon commented during a live stream that he contributed to their design by making sure that Legends would fit inside of them. I absolutely love them. I particularly love how you've got so many options as to how they connect together. A really brilliant design. There are much more detailed armory pod options on the market, but none that connect together and stack almost indefinitely anywhere close to as well as these.
I’ve only got what’s in my picture. I used to have the Gamerverse armors in there, but with the armors from the last two years, a bunch of 616 armors got swapped in. Seeing those mega-armories is insane and inspiring.
Some more pics I took when the Ursa Major wave came out. This is one of my favorite displays. I have this weird little indented wall in what became my home office in 2020 that was ideal for setting up the Armory.
I'd definitely buy 3-6 of these if they were offered again. Very disappointed in myself for choosing to pass on these back then.
Amazing these sets are going for $100 or more on eBay, in the rare times they are listed. I know I have multiple sets in storage that I have been waiting to find time to break out and fully display.
Really like the LED upgrade/lighting. Might try that myself - has anyone taken a pod apart? I am very tempted to see if I can separate the grey from the red and then paint the grey either gold or chrome, or maybe a glossy black.

I am kind of surprised that Hasbro hasn't come up with their own version - if they kept if fairly basic and connectable/stackable, and sold a set of 3 pods for $25 people would army-build like crazy. Make them like these - no paint, just molded color plastic and maybe two pieces to put together per pod and they could keep them in that price range.
Didn’t see a thread for this set either, but Amazon, with little advanced notice, delivered the Strange/Wong set. Wong is excellent, looks 95% new sculpt. Hands reused from MCU Shang Chi.

That’s dope. Do you happen to remember where you got those led lights?
I don't know where this goes, but I also received Phoenix from Pulse today. Gotta say I'm not impressed. It's nice that she's on the most articulated female body, but I don't think a character like Phoenix needs it. She's pretty much just going to do one pose mounted on that firebird, and older bodies did that just fine. Maybe I just gotta take the opportunity to be more creative in posing.
HOWEVER, if I'm posing her with that Phoenix Force base, there ain't much variety available. The only way to attach her is to lodge her left foot into the provided hole. Even after a few minutes, she started to wilt to gravity. She really needed some additional tongues of fire to grab her by the waist to keep her upright.
Even putting that bird together was annoying. Particularly, there's a stiffer plastic piece in the underside of the flames that won't seem to fully attach so that it's flush on my copy. I've tried heat, and it just ain't working.
Finally, the head sculpts really don't evoke the Jean Grey of that era. They're nice, but a little too modernized? They lack the curly waviness she was often drawn with.
So I'm really not impressed.
I was feeling some buyer's remorse once I saw the PayPal email for a Pulse charge. Since I've been trying to keep my ML buying tighter, would I have bought this Phoenix stand for $25? No. Mine will be here on Monday.
This is disappointing to hear about the Phoenix. I have been rearranging shelf space with a big old space in the middle for the effect.....
I've always been iffy about the head sculpts and the darker green (it should be more lime), I still have time to cancel mine....gonna have to think it through.
Anyway, I came here to day Logan and Sabertooth were finally delivered from BBTS. I was starting to loose hope, but they pulled through! Sabertooth is as good as the hype says. I like Logan, gonna play around with him and see if I can be convinced to keep him. They did a good job on him, but I'm trying to stick to the essentials.
....OH, one more thing. I made it through Batman day without buying any Batman figures. Instead, I bought Negasonic Teenage Warhead from a toy shop that sell almost nothing but modern 6" figures. My wife and I watched Deadpool and Deadpool 2 recently (she's still on a high from watching Deadpool and Wolverine and eagerly awaiting the blu ray). She asked if I have a Negasonic figure, I said no (didn't tell her that I used to but I sold it). She said I better go get one. Well, what do you do when your wife tells you you NEED to buy an action figure? Not the first time I sold something and rebought, won't be the last. Negasonic was in their clearance bin and she came to $6 and change.
