That's what I'm wondering. Amazon had them in stock when I tried to order but kept getting kicked to the cart page. Eventually it showed out of stock. BBTS and EE don't even have them on their site. Went with Pulse so I can pay for the slowest shipping known to man.
I don't want to pay $80 for this thing but I'm figuring out that the people that buy these while we scoff at the price are the ones willing to sell them to us at double or triple the cost a few years down the road when we find their essential to our collections. Been buying far too many things lately that were just available in the last year that have shot up in cost on the secondary scalper markets. Like the McFarlane Batman and Robin movie figure set. Now that Batman Forever characters are on my shelf I kind of want at least the villains from the last film but that requires the whole set. My WMs got one set of 4 in last year that promptly sold out then seem to stock nothing but solid cases of Clooney Batman now.
While I do think he should be as articulated as Zabu and have a classic faceplate, he is a big boy. I do have him on preorder right now, but if I think the set will likely go on sale, I may cancel it.
I'm also in the Crystal is Wearing a Headband camp rather than Crystal's Hair Grows into that Pattern so I'm even more underwhelmed by the whole affair. I wouldn't have paid $70 for the Zabu BAF packed with Ka-Zar either.

True, but I haven't seen Punisher go back up yet. Got him at BBTS. Outriders have but those are army builders so maybe Hasbro made more?
10am?! Should have checked earlier. I just get so sick of seeing my order screen kick to my empty cart and then see all the pre-orders with delivery estimates for this time next year by Toydalorian, Pigglytoyville, etc. Same scalpers every time. I plan to do my standard of refreshing the Amazon link until either my alternative ships or I get some joy with Amazon then cancel with Pulse. They want to charge out the nose but then make it harder to get. The hobby is certainly losing some of it's luster with me.
Edit: Add SS86 Commander Class Optimus Prime to the Amazon perma-unavailable list. Seems Hasbro is pretty gun shy with costlier releases these days. Is an expensive animation accurate version of their flagship character too niche or did all those Disney+ figures that never sold still on their minds making them pull back on everything. Prime will sell every time, Agatha Harkness was a stretch, Hasbro should be able to know the difference!

@panthercult Yep, west coastie here. I usually check around 1pm like every other pre-order. That's my bad. I just added a pre-order with BBTS. I like them better, not much of a difference in price but it's a overall smoother ordering process. For some reason Pulse gives me grief for my address not being in the correct format and always thinks my phone number is not valid.

FFS Amazon. It's listed as in stock for the current nano second but keeps kicking me to an empty cart. There is seriously not this much demand for this item. I have no idea why Amazon is screwing the pooch with this.

Ugh. Well, I folded and put in an order at BBTS. With the way the set is unexpectedly selling out and the fact that it’s imminently going to be in stock, I can’t risk missing out on them regardless of price. I love F4 too much.
With the way the Wasp/Giant Man and the Sentinel sets have sold so quickly, don’t want to take any chances.
Although I would rather get them from Amazon for the faster shipping, so hopefully they’ll pop back up with enough time for me to grab an order there.
I want Lockjaw, but not at that price. This set is gonna join the Hulkbuster IN MY WAIT AND SEE wishlist.
