I was thinking it was because of the amount of accessories, but maybe not.
I'm passing on this one. I just have no idea who Bushwhacker is and the design really doesn't do anything for me. Will wait for the inevitable white gloves and boots single release.
I really just want a Punisher 1st appearance update but this one's looking pretty killer and seems like a good one to throw up on the shelf with Ketch.
Honestly it’s just nice to see Frank back in the mix. I was worried we’d get that Garrison fellow before folks felt secure swinging back to Castle. Glad to see it.
And if Fan Channel/Amazon is the way to go to do guys like Punisher going forward, as opposed to retail, I say go for it. I hope they lean into the non-retail arm a bit and be a bit more daring with some character selection: Mephisto, for instance, but also any creepy/dark/violent/“PG13” character that might give a little pause for Walmart.
I got a notice from BBTS that a pre-order that I put in for the re-issue of the Walgreens Silver Surfer is about to be fulfilled. I didn't pick this up the first time. For those of you that have both or have had both, do you like it better than the version that came with the HasLab Galactus? Or am I probably better off just sticking with the HasLab pack-in version and saving the $? Thank you for any input that you can provide!
I own both, but I got the Walgreens version back when I first started collecting Legends in 2019 and my kids who were 4 at the time scratched up the paint pretty good. I prefer the painted Walgreens version because the silver paint is shinier and more vibrant, whereas the Haslab version is quite a bit duller. Or perhaps it's more matte, I forget. I pre-ordered this re-release just to get it again with a better paint job.
A side benefit should be the better plastic Hasbro uses now. My Walgreens Surfer had several floppy joints as many Legends did at the time, but even Hasbro's re-releases use better plastic now so I'm expecting tighter joints this time around.

The joints on my re-release are good and tight, I think you'll be happy there.
My intro to Marvel back in early '92 was through The Punisher and War Journal in particular. I will have to get this, they really nailed it and I think the new body is great! Plus weapons and Bushwhacker is certainly different.
Price creep yeah, but Legends is no longer a regular retail line and we're getting an all new body with plenty of accessories. I will take that trade if it means more good stuff is coming.
I also like that you can make BW just another punk for Castle to go up against if you don't like the (I'm guessing) mutant angle. At 1st I didn't see pics of him having 2 normal hands. Yet, with his facial scarring he is distinct enough that you could think of him as another high level foil a la Jigsaw.
My Sentinels shipped from Pulse and should be here on Sunday.
Finally found this today at Target. Almost missed it because it wasn't with the other McFarlane Marvel statues in the main figure aisle.
X-23 Wolverine has blown up on the aftermarket probably due to movie hype. I found one last weekend for retail so I bit. Objectively, it's a very "meh" figure, not the worst, but there are issues: Fuzzy lines on the yellow paint, the unmasked head is arguably too big. But it IS a good Laura head and Hasbro did bother with the toe spikes on this one unlike with her X-Force version. It's fine. I kind of like how she looks with the may makeshift movie team.

Man, I almost forgot to pre order that Punisher and Bushwacker 2 pack. But I got an order in on Hasbro Pulse. It looks like in early September the Warlord Professor X will ship. Do you guys think they will release that figure again down the line but with the gold armor and purple highlights with the black instead of the silver armor and blue with the black?
Surely they will, right? I feel the gold and purple is more iconic from the cover than the silver and blue within the pages of the comic in X-Men 275
Received the Sentinels today. Ordered two 2 packs. Only opened one and I'm not sure I'm going to keep any of them. I know they are accurate to the game, but the colors are so darn bright, haha. Not sure I have a place for them on my shelves. Overall very nice figures, other than the ankle articulation being hindered in some poses.
Just got an email saying my Sentinels have shipped. Hopefully I like them more than Joel.
Excited to get these Sentinels— should arrive early next week!
How tall are they in person?
I just received my Sentinel packs. I'm also not a big fan of this color scheme, but I'm pleasantly surprised by the figures themselves. They're taller than I realized, with no Iron Man reuse. The face sculpt & print in particular are stellar.
