@h-bird OMG, I didn't even consider that for the rock. Oh man I've wanted this exact thing for so long now. I did think that the new IM boots would work for them, and I think I'd accept it even if it's not a perfect match.
@fletch I'd go for a 12" sentinel as well, just because the more sentinels the merrier, but I do really want some of these in 6" so I can just have my X-Men tearing through them.
Hopefully this means a Capcom Sentinel as a deluxe is a possibility in the future.
The first appearance Sentinels were about 8 to 9 ft tall, so I hope these are about that 9" and generic enough I can consider them the Mark I type. That would effectively complete my desired Sentinel collection.

I have a random question for all you ML experts.
I was up late last night finally detailing my Man-Thing BaF when I saw an anomalous hole at the top of his right shoulder. I thought it might have been a defect or possibly a drill hole I made for some customizing reason, but when I zoomed in with my magnifier app I realized it seems to be hexagonal in shape, suggesting it was an intentional design detail. Does anyone know the skinny on this? Did I somehow miss and subsequently lose an attachment that keys-in to that hole? What would even attach to his shoulder? A frog? Some 'fear' fire??

You didn't lose anything - they all have that hole and I don't think we've ever seen or heard what it was designed to hold. Seeing if that mark was still present on the new MCU version was the first thing I checked. 🙂

@stephenwdavis I'll just have to make a point to be disappointed if Deadpool movie Colossus isn't made. Watch it be a re-release of Daniel Cudmore's Colossus from X3 Brood wave figure (just kidding). The good thing if the rocks are Colossus' accessory, is who says they can't reuse it for Sentinels, Rockslide, Avalanche /w brush etc.

I've been told the Sentinel isn't model 9 but a new mold from somebody in the mold. We will just have to wait and see though
@stephenwdavis Not upset, no. But I'd rather the arcade sentinels. I'm not sure the rock really makes sense for movie Colossus, though. I don't recall a rock throwing scene. And the look is pretty close to those arcade ones.
That said, I'm happy whenever any part of the fandom gets figures they like. My least favorite debate is "X character should have been made before Y character because I like them more." If it's movie Colossus, groovy. I know folks have been wanting him.
I wish they hadn't teased the rock again this week with a reveal today that wasn't the rock reveal. I'm automatically disappointed in Death's Head because I thought we were getting news on the rock.
Glad people are getting a character they want and I can skip a con(sternation) exclusive. 🙂
@schizm I feel this a bit (especially since I'm now getting convinced the rock is for arcade sentinel), but surely, SURELY two teases of it this close together must mean we're getting a full reveal soon, right? RIGHT?
That's kind of why I posted the Colossus/Rock thing in the "2024 Rumored Leak List" thread last night. I was kind of expecting the Deadpool/Wolverine stuff to be shown today like the Funko POPs were and I was wrong. I only brought up Colossus because he is one of the few Rektangular leaks that hasn't been officially revealed yet (and he has been known at times to throw large rocks, although not necessarily the movie version). For all of the speculation for Arcade Sentinels (or Avalanche/Terrax/whatever else people have guessed) none of those things were ever mentioned in leaks that I'm aware of. I just thought perhaps the speculation and hopes were overlooking what might be an obvious answer that we've really kind of already known was supposed to coming for a long time. Only time will tell. I don't even generally buy movie figures so I'm certainly not rooting for that outcome - but while reading all of the speculation, it just struck me as "why couldn't it just be this?"
