So my plan was to toss Black Winter right into a donation box...but damn, it's a really nice figure!
The wild hair, the translucent cape, the hammer effect piece...I might have to keep him.
Just team him up with the white Iron Man from this wave and the Hydra Captain America as an Evil Avengers type team for a display.
That right there is literally the only thing that's tempting me to get Hydra Cap if I stumble across him in a store anywhere.
Orange Wolfsbane will probably get the orange Tigra treatment "we heard your complaints, so here she is with another color scheme... in a boxset..."
Put her in a set with Shard and Wildchild and I won't even be mad! Well, not that mad.
Edit: Wolfsbane also needs a new head if she gets rereleased - the current one just isn't cutting it for me.
Shard is a character I irrationally want. I never got her 5" back in the day and that's probably why. Also, she reminds me of Tasha Yar, which is probably the bigger pull. 🙂

It doesn't bother me as long as they make Feral lighter. The color is pretty similar to the old series III (I think) trading card from the 90s, which is what I see when I picture Wolfsbane. If Feral comes out and she is the exact same color I will probably throw a brown wash on Wolfsbane but otherwise I think she is fine.
If my memory is correct, it's Feral who should be more orange and Wolfsbane brown. If they go "more orange" on the Wolfsbane buck when they do the inevitable Feral, I'm afraid we'd get into Tigra Cheetos territory.
The rest of the wave minus Cable who I already had arrived today from Pulse. I will pick the package up after work. I like Cable but for me should have been the same height as the other two Cables we received and or the same height as the box set Stryfe since both are clones of the other. Cable is supposed to be 6ft8 and so would be Stryfe. Stryfe is a little taller than Herald Thor which is good. Cable is shorter than both. Plus for me, his legs don't match his upper body, they should have gave Cable new thicker, slightly longer legs as well and probably would have fixed the height and would match the upper body better.
I mean.... she's very orange when she should really be brown.
This and poor poseability and the face sculpt are my biggest issues...aside from mine's left arm keeps popping out of the socket. "Other than that it's a real gem!" /s
Got most of the wave now. Loving this wave and its eclectic, fun character selection.
I got this Wave because I really wanted the X-men character and BAF Zabu most. But I really do like these other characters like Red Widow and Black Winter.
But Ikarus really stands out to me. I like this figure a lot. He looks so cool, and also, I could see someone using that Ikarus head to make a really cool He-Man custom.
I still need Cable like most everyone else, but he should be here next week, I hope. Then I can finish this big ass Build-A-Sabertooth Tiger.
This wave is slowly trickling out in Canada. I got Superior Iron Man yesterday, and I really like it - especially with the open helmet head. I didn't realize how much was repurposed from the Endgame Iron Man... the pinned knees sent me on a comparison journey.
For a throw in Iron Man, very solid figure.
Wolfsbane came today from amazon. While she is just as orange in person, I'm relieved that her uniform colors more or less match the rest of X-Factor even with the incredible multiyear gap between the figures. I may do a brown wash and see how that works, the sculpted fur should hold it well.
I was this close to just calling it and selling off X-Factor, it's good to finally have this team complete.
