Yeah, I'd love figures of Trinary, Gentle, and Honey Badger! Those looks for the long-timers don't do much for me but I'd definitely pick up the new characters.

I like Jean, Nightcrawler, Wolverine, and Gambit from X-Men Red. Only Laura would replace my current main display figure, though.

I have Vision and Namor so far.

Honestly the more metallic version on the older body I like more. This one fits in fine. It’s bigger than the comic Scarlet Witch figures I have so bonus I guess. It just makes me want Wrestler and Fortune Teller figures from Wandavision more.

Man I’m really digging the Void figure head that came with Vision. It may take me a while as I didn’t preorder. I somehow missed this is etailer exclusive only despite being told adnauseum by MCU Collector and  DanWho they would be. So tracking down PP and Crystar without paying double may take a while.

Namor I already have this figure two times before but his changes and accessories make this figure much more interesting. I’m a sucker for the Jason Mamoa look.

I ordered Namorita. I’ve convinced myself I can mod it into something. I’d like a Wakanda Forever Namorita much more. Anyway that will give me enough pieces of Void to mess around with till I get PP.

Thwipp!

For a team I have no attachment to, the New Warriors characters look good together imo.

Got Vision, Justice, and Nita yesterday from BBTS (I'd gotten Zarda earlier last week).

I have to say, I honestly think this Vision is basically a lateral move. Unless the height is going to bother you going forward because of the gradual scale increase of the line overall, folks might be okay skipping him. The flatter colors harken back to a more Bronze Age time, whereas the shiny colors are closer to a more modern Busiek/Pérez feel. And of course, if you like the Vulcan body more than the Sunfire mold, that might be a factor as well.

I hated the metallic green and lack of open hands on the last Vision. Aside from that, I agree. There's not much to justify an upgrade.

They could have at least given him some new forearms. I hate seeing those sculpted lines with the paint going at an angle. Looks super cheap on Hasbro's part.

I don't care for the way they did his trunks on the retro carded one either, but that's minor. And as for open hands, didn't someone sometime say they found another figure with matching yellows that had open hands?

“Lateral Move” is a good description.   The Void version does some things better and others not as well.  In a vacuum, I find the retro version to be much more appealing aesthetically.  In a ML Avengers display, I think the Void version is a better fit.

I just wish money wasn’t such an object with this line.  I’d pay more to get better quality.   It’s the budget that holds these figures back, not the design team.

The Silk Doc Ock pack has hands that match well with Retro Vision.

Lateral move is a great way to describe Vision. He needed as much love as Hyperion - new torso pieces, sculpted diamond, sculpted gloves/boots - and the limbs could be reused all the time (starting with Angel).

I like the new cape.

I'm pretty happy with the new Vision - pairs nicely with the 60th Cap/IM/Thor.

If I get a big display together I'd probably throw retro Vision near the back of the Young Avengers as a stand-in for the version Iron Lad turned into even though he didn't have the yellow corset piece.

Justice really makes me want a redone West Coast Avengers vision with the cape/diamond integrated in the same way.

As much as I wanted this version of Vision after waiting so many years, I was instantly disappointed when I started posing the figure.

Remembering they recently engineered a NEW buck and this stupid waste swivel is still in use. I can ignore the ab hinge on certain figures, but that waste swivel is obnoxious in so many poses.

Hasbro keeps making it harder for me to feel any satisfaction from buying the products.

I've come around to your way of thinking on the waist swivel. It looks terrible if articulated even a little bit.

I think Vision is an instance where the larger Vulcan body does benefit the character. Plus, I like the added detail to the new cape and the new head sculpt, which properly depicts his green costume over his red skin, is fantastic.
