Got the entire wave in a single box from Amazon two days after Christmas.   I'm honestly super happy with the lot of them.    Black Panther - obviously - is my favorite,  but getting the best Vision figure to date is also really nice.

I was a big fan of the Byrne/Jae Lee Namor book,  so a figure of this version of the character is cool to have - even if a bit unexpected.   Still mildly irked at getting this version of Namorita instead of the classic flesh tone w/ green suit.   but I have to admit the figure itself is pretty nice.   Still if I'm getting a blue skinned Atlantean in my collection it should have been Attuma.

Power Princess and Crystar just might be my favorites of the wave (after T'challa of course).   We needed Power Princess to complete the new Squadron Supreme roster, so it's nice to have that done,  although I'm still partial to the more traditional lavender costumed Princess.   And Crystar is just awesome.   A character I always had a soft spot for but never imagined would make it into my Legends collection.   Super stoked for that guy.

And the BAF is solid fun as well.   Despite failing to give me a ton of my top wants, this is an excellent wave and I'm happy to have it.

Anyone else's Power Princess have gummy ankles? Rarely do I have an issue but she's about to go on a stand 24/7.

Mine has fallen about 5 times already.  They are terrible.  That and I can't ever get them in just the right position to keep her standing for long.

Opened up Vision today. Really disappointed in the paint on the forearms. They're going to keep producing mediocre figures on this body of they don't fix that sculpted glove line.

Namor:  Namor is a character who I kind of love to hate.

Here's one of the reasons I like Namor:  He's the only character that's been a member of the Avengers, the Defenders and the Invaders.

He was also one of the Illuminati, now that I think about it.

Not bad for a guy who swore up and down he hated the surface world.

Are these going to be hitting retail stores? I'm just curious cause some of the waves were supposedly skipped or something.

No, this wave won’t be hitting retail stores…but for all intents and purposes, all that really means is they won’t be hitting Target.  Walmart is useless, GameStop will carry them anyway, and all of the online retailers will have them.

When's the last time Namor had a solo book? I feel like he works better as part of a team or as an adversary than on his own.

And Namor was part of Osborn’s Cabal (of villains!).

And he is the leader of the Defenders of the Deep.

And the villainous Phoenix Five.

Namor also was buddies with Thanos and the Black Order dealing with incursions.

So many teams. Often a hero but just as often a villain.  It all makes him an interesting character!

Namor has also had a lot of good figures over the years. I don't know how I'll feel about the one in this wave, as it's a design I've never seen before this figure debuted. But the classic one from the Black Panther wave is great, with a torso that hasn't been reused yet. The Walgreens modern version is also great, again, with a unique torso. All of his head sculpt have been stellar. I love the trident that comes with the classic one. (The trident that came with the modern one was cheap reuse.) I just wish one of them came with fists. But even the MCU version is great.

I was hoping for Hasbro to redo the version we got from ToyBiz series 2, classic with vest and pants. I'm hoping one is eventually packed with a ponytail head for his other '90s look. I would probably buy any of his current looks, but they're not a big priority. Sometimes I think a costume needs more years of longevity and appearances before they're made into a figure.

I normally agree with that, NORM, but I really want a Jean Grey Red. 🙂 The rest, not so much, just her. 🙂
