Your one comment wasn't the reason for my response. There was already another thread where it was brought up multiple times (the Taptalk bit especially) and explained why things are the way they are now. Not everyone has to read the thread, but this subforum doesn't get a lot of traffic and that thread is easy to find if someone wants to see what exactly was said.

I hear you. But the vast majority of that thread happened within the first two months of the new forum, and before two big contributors to the site left. The situation could be different now, and I'm interested in what Pabs has to say about it (if anything).
