Has there been any word on which BTAS figure will ship next? (Both Man-Bat & Phantasm are listed for Feb)
Or will these be pushed back? (I'm not familiar with Mondo and if they have schedule slip like other companies)
Man-Bat arrived yesterday. Great sculpt. Great paint. Joints are too tight. Stand is too weak. And one foot broke off immediately. So be careful.

Thats a shame - I wish the QC was better on these Mondo figures, especially for the price they are charging - my BTAS Batman's leg is super loose

Many of the joints are fused and over tight. A heat gun is required to "unlock" things. And yet, applying heat (of any kind) to such an expensive figure is not something I approach lightly. In this case, one ankle rotated well enough, the other ankle broke under just the slightest pressure.
I've also been unable to "unlock" the joints on the large wings, or even remove the smaller wings from the body.
Good news is I contacted Mondo, and they are sending a replacement body. (Torso and legs.) So I am not dead in the water.
But the cynical part of me thinks, if Mondo has abbreviated bodies at the ready, they were expecting reports of breakage. Again, seems like a little more engineering might have been the better solution.

That really sucks for a $255 figure! Mondo really needs to up their QC!

Wonder how long it will take for Phantasm to ship then as that also has a Feb release date
Manbat showed up, and is very impressive overall. Mine has a couple of white marks on the neck from the extraneous ripped shirt, but isn’t too bad. Used a hairdryer to loosen the shoulder peg. Took a lot of patience to incrementally rotate the wing, getting enough heat past the ball joint and into the socket.
Do the joints on the larger set of wings work at all? Or are they permanently locked? Meaning if the larger wings are pegged into the body, can they "fold down." The joint looks like it should. But no amount of heat or pressure will make mine rotate.
Just had dispatch confirmation of Phantasm (Timed Edition)!
Phantasm arrived yesterday. I'll crack open the box later today. I hope this one doesn't break!
