Anyone collecting these kids meal toys from Wendy's? There are 18 characters total, each with 4 colors (red, green, green, purple) I managed to get a set this weekend but plan to get all the color variations.
I am getting them, they are pretty cool! I need 6 more color variations to complete the full set.
Doesn't seem like there's any interest in this among the DC fans. I really hope they do a series 2. Would love to see Hawkman, Hal Jordan, modern Catwoman, Robin (seriously no Robin in wave 1?), Green Arrow, Black Canary, Joker, Penguin, Riddler, and Metamorpho (that was concepted but left off the table).
Yeah, I love these. (There's actually a thread started for these a little lower on the DC page.) I managed to nab all the Bat-family (the #2 set plus Batgirls from #4) in all four colors thanks to a few helpful employees who let me trade my doubles.
I would love more of these. Robin and Joker seem like the two biggest omissions, but I'd love that planned Metamorpho, too, obviously. Fingers crossed for Series 2.
I just completed the set of all 24 variants yesterday. The best part of it is that tey didn't charge me for any of them since Wendy's took away the 'toy only' option from their cash register.
