For those with experience using the mcfarlane toy store website, how long does it usually take for an order to ship from when it's placed? Thanks in advance.

Typically within 1-5 days if in stock.

Got Midnighter and Waverider from a new endcap display at Target (along with repacks of animated Flash for some reason).  Not my preferred looks, but couldn't pass on them in hand.

Thanks. I placed an order Saturday after seeing they ship to the UK, so hopefully soon it will dispatched then 🙂

Ooooh, that's exciting! Great to hear, mine hasn't shipped yet but that means I might have them by my birthday in 2 weeks. These will be the first McFarlane's I've purchased since Time Drake Robin and the Anti-Monitor over the summer, I believe.

While I'm thinking about it, I'm considering picking up a second Ivy to do a headswap like I'm sure lots of people are planning. Does anyone have a go-to redhead in their mind to slap on there? I have a few Marvel Legends heads that would make great Ivy's, but I'm pretty sure they would look too small on the body. I guess I could take a look around Instagram too, those custom sculpt guys might have heads ready by now.

Mine shipped as well. It takes about a week for me to receive items from McFarlane.

@therealsmallville If you are any good at modifying heads, maybe the McFarlane Gotham Knights Batgirl figure might work. Just need to remove the bat ears on her head and paint over the mask. I only suggest it since they are similar size and the head might work, being made by the same company.

Now that's what I call good reuse. Love the McGuiness heads on them, too.

Although, that upside-down batsymbol literally glued over the TDKR one - on one hand, it's just super fucking lazy and cheap but on the other, I kinda feel like it fits a spoof Batman.

I noticed that too, hopefully these are still prototypes and it will be smoothed out in the final product.

Bizarro & Batzarro look good. Nice reuse.

It's possible to get line art, glow in the dark & black light versions as well.

Agreed. So incredibly lazy and yet that's the one character that can get away with it.

Passing on the almost hood enough Superman but I'd grab that 2 pack if it was $40.

The level of disappointment I have with McFarlane lately has taken away much of my desire to come here and discuss.

Let's see:

- Wonder Woman: the chase variant, as predicted, is the Super Powers deco that will likely go up to stupid prices on the secondary market along with SP Mr. Freeze. The sculpt, meanwhile, is lacking in certain places, particularly the face and the knees, though that's probably just me.

- The "Classic Superman" is another lazy attempt. "They want a classic Superman? Okay, here's a body that was made for a specific art style and scale, but we'll repaint and put a new head on and call it a 'Classic Superman.'"

- Why is this "Classic Superman" so bad? The reuse, the face sculpt that feels as off as the First Appearance and Ultraman two-pack Superman, the fact that a "classic Superman" wouldn't have cuffs or the double-Ms on the boots.

- The Bizarro/Batzarro figures: I saw them and was excited by the head sculpts, and then...those bodies. They're already ugly since they're based on Miller's "style," but the fact that we're being asked to accept them as Ed McGuinness stand-ins is just insulting. The amount of reuse is insulting.

The list of leaks seen here recently may hold some promise, but most likely, it's all going to be lazy reuse and half-assery.

My DC collection is now moving into a Super Powers phase. Brainiac and his ship alone have me more excited than anything I've seen or bought from McFarlane this year. That said, I do think Captain Atom is a great figure, especially since I got him for $10.
