@iami That sounds like a lot of work, but I definitely get where you're coming from. The original KF figure would have pretty much been the perfect Batman if the gray was just 10% darker (like it was on the SDCC version). As it is, that figure irritates me a little every time I look at it thinking what an awesome figure it could be with just that little change in detail. I don't know what they were thinking.

I've actually thought about trying to do a black wash over it to darken the gray a little and pop the details, but I'm nervous I'll screw it up and it will just come out looking dirty.

@ninjak Do your wash with acrylic paint. If you don’t like it you can scrub it off with water or alcohol and not harm the plastic.

Found Robin from Batman & Robin at GameStop today. Used my $5 coupon to get him for $20. Shame they only had him- it was a buy 2, get 1 free on collectibles.

@new-batman I’m nervous with how the New 52 Court Of Owls said Rebirth. I hope it’s not a re-reuse of that small scale Rebirth Batman, New 52 needs to be on a new sculpt or a bigger/better Body sculpt. I’ve been waiting for a new 52 Batman for really long since Rebirth Batman was a let down. I’m hoping Todd doesn’t let me down.

First I've seen a listing for an Earth-2 Superman figure. It'll be interesting to see which version it'll be based on and how accurate, or not, it turns out.

Not sure if I'll be in the minority on this, but I hope the Court of Owls Batman ends up being on the shorter side. One of the main reasons I've passed on so many good looking Batman figures is because they're way too tall compared to the Superman figures that've been doing, imho. Ideally I'd like Bruce to be shorter than both Clark and Diana, but as long as he's shorter than Clark I'll be happy.

Hoping that First Appearance Batman is on the Knightfall body, hoping KnightsEnd Batman is Jean-Paul in his crazy armor (with a Gold Label in red) and hoping the “figure with comic”(Page Puncher?) Brainiac is the robot version.

If Rabbit whatever guy can be made I am sure Todd will eventually get to Dr. Mid-Nite.

I just received Midnighter yesterday, though I haven't opened it yet. Are there plans to do any other Wildstorm characters? I'd love to get an Apollo to go with him, and a Zealot to go with Grifter. Besides them, I'd prioritize Spartan, Voodoo, Maul, Engineer, Hawksmoor, maybe Fairchild. Though I'd loooove to get complete WildCATs and Authority.

Sold off most of my McF figures except for the modern Bat Family and everything that fits with the 90s. Was oddly cathartic and allowed me to focus my collecting on what I really want, which is that 1990s era. So I'm really hoping the leaks lean towards that time period as opposed to the mid 2000s era classics we've seen lately.

A proper Wally and a hook-hand Aquaman would basically complete the Morrison JLA. Helps that the KF Bats repaint is a short-ears head swap away from being a proper 90s Morrison Batman. And we just need Wonder Girl for Young Justice.

I like a lot of what I see on that list but knowing McF it will not be quite what I want.
