Been getting a few more figures lately than usual, as Todd is getting around to versions of characters I really like. Found a lone Year 2 platinum at GameStop after passing on the regular a few times at a different GameStop and Target. I wanted the figure to match the Year 2 cover better - one of my favorite comics.

Also bought both versions of Justice League Task Force Batman, as I'm one of the few people who played and loved that game. It came out during a time of DC drought in most media, so was a real treat for this Street Fighter fan.

Found the regular and bronze '89 Batmen, so I couldn't pass those up. Disappointed that the bronze edition has zero accessories.

DC One Million was also a buy for me, as I love anything Bat-Morrison, and this guy has never had a figure. Wish they omitted the belt buckle, but he's pretty accurate otherwise.

On the discount side of things, I finally completed my Darkest Knight Build-A-Figure. Found Jay Garrick for the head piece on Amazon for $13 and have found the others in either Walmart clearance or at Ross over the last six months or so. Sold the others on ebay at cost, so after everything, the Darkest Knight should cost me about $5-10. Worth it for such a massive, weird Batman.

Found the Bruce Wayne BTAS wave, and sold all the figures except for Bruce, so that BAF cost me a whopping $10, all things considered. Excited for Jonah Hex (although I really want Red Claw, the Ninja, and Clock King before the line goes away).

Now I'm on the hunt for Justice League Alfred and Forever white suit Riddler, not to mention all the Metamorpho product that's slowly trickling out for the Superman movie. After that, it's Jonah Hex, Kite Man, and the Batman Returns wave. Big year for me. Todd is really leaning on that 80s-90s nostalgia, and that's my weak spot.

I still haven't seen either Gordon or Jade and it's pissing me off.

Yeah,  My inability to track down a Jade figure is really starting to bug me.   I've stopped at few Wal Marts and a few Game Stop and no sign of her.    Platinum Captain Cold or Red Platinum Nightmaster - sure.   Jade not so much.

Every GameStop I've been to looking for the McFarlane X-Men Beast statue has had the Forever White Suited Riddler on their shelves.  You might try there, I've had better luck lately with Gamestop's rather than running around town wasting gas to big box stores scalpers frequent.

I figured McFarlane would use the DCEU Woman Woman body, add a comic book head & add it to the Godzilla 2 pack. I would like this for the current JL, but I do not want Godzilla, Kong or the wrong Titano.

The face on the Collector's Edition Wonder Woman I always felt was the weak link of that figure, aside from how the pinned elbows look on fleshtone.  This new one looks based on Capullo's art in the face.  Not the worst thing, but definitely not a stand out in that same movie costume again.  I'm not one to harp on Todd's choice not to invest heavily in female characters, but I have to wonder how well a Godzilla and Wonder Woman are going to move since it seems like Titano / Flash just sits at full price everywhere I've seen it.  I wanted the Flash but the face paint is always messed up on the ones I see; like marks on the fleshtone etc.  Plus the reds are all different colors for his parts.  Getting pretty close to the end for Wonder Woman fans.

She's the Rebirth Wonder Woman very close to the 1:6 statue which I requested so the Gal Gadot body makes sense. Monsterverse 2-packs already a tough sell at 69.99. Let's see if this releases with an elevated price of 74.99 or even 79.99.

I want that Wonder Woman but not for $70. Unless I find a sale or clearance, I’m going to have to pass.
I am getting a Jade though. A member on another message board I frequent is hooking me up for cost+shipping.

I saw third party sellers now had Jade on Walmart.com for $44.99. No thanks. You can get it on ebay for $41 shipped right now. I'll hold off for a bit. Still hoping to find it for retail price, or at least under $30.

I paid $70 to get a "good enough" Croc figure before this line ends.  I'll have to see how Wonder Woman looks, but in general I'm less likely to bite as it's not a must-have figure at the tail end of all of this.  Excited to see how Poison Ivy looks.  I still love my Firestar figure for that head sculpt and I don't even like Teen Titans, so hopefully Ivy is as good as hers.

I stopped at a few Targets on the way to work and only found Batman Forever final suit Riddler.

Oh, I also saw BVS Alfred at a few of them, but I ordered it online.

So I feel like I just have to give up on Jade at this point - don't feel like I'm going to stumble across her.    Now I've got to hit up Target looking for the lion head superman and the exclusive Cyborg Supes.

I'm not giving up quite yet. I feel like my local Walmarts wouldn't have room to put her out right now anyway with the absolute deluge of Adam Strange, Deadshot and Year Two Batmans they have that absolutely nobody is buying. They seemed to go really heavy on that wave for some reason. If/when I give up, I'll likely resort to getting her and Gordon off ebay. Jade can be had for $41 shipped right now. Gordon is a little more expensive than that. I'd like to get them both for under $30 if I can since I think retail price is $22.99.

I also will be looking for the Stange Lives of Superman at Target, but don't need their Cyborg Supes exclusive. I do really want a Hawkgirl Platinum, though -- from anywhere I can find her!

For anyone interested, Canada's Toy Snowman has several exclusives and/or platinums in stock.

I just ordered both versions of the Strange Lives of Superman figure, the Hawkgirl Platinum and the Superman movie Robot #4 Platinum from them. Now it cost me $175 for figures that retail for $120, but at least I won't have to hunt them down now.
