Been getting a few more figures lately than usual, as Todd is getting around to versions of characters I really like. Found a lone Year 2 platinum at GameStop after passing on the regular a few times at a different GameStop and Target. I wanted the figure to match the Year 2 cover better - one of my favorite comics.

Also bought both versions of Justice League Task Force Batman, as I'm one of the few people who played and loved that game. It came out during a time of DC drought in most media, so was a real treat for this Street Fighter fan.

Found the regular and bronze '89 Batmen, so I couldn't pass those up. Disappointed that the bronze edition has zero accessories.

DC One Million was also a buy for me, as I love anything Bat-Morrison, and this guy has never had a figure. Wish they omitted the belt buckle, but he's pretty accurate otherwise.

On the discount side of things, I finally completed my Darkest Knight Build-A-Figure. Found Jay Garrick for the head piece on Amazon for $13 and have found the others in either Walmart clearance or at Ross over the last six months or so. Sold the others on ebay at cost, so after everything, the Darkest Knight should cost me about $5-10. Worth it for such a massive, weird Batman.

Found the Bruce Wayne BTAS wave, and sold all the figures except for Bruce, so that BAF cost me a whopping $10, all things considered. Excited for Jonah Hex (although I really want Red Claw, the Ninja, and Clock King before the line goes away).

Now I'm on the hunt for Justice League Alfred and Forever white suit Riddler, not to mention all the Metamorpho product that's slowly trickling out for the Superman movie. After that, it's Jonah Hex, Kite Man, and the Batman Returns wave. Big year for me. Todd is really leaning on that 80s-90s nostalgia, and that's my weak spot.

I still haven't seen either Gordon or Jade and it's pissing me off.

Yeah,  My inability to track down a Jade figure is really starting to bug me.   I've stopped at few Wal Marts and a few Game Stop and no sign of her.    Platinum Captain Cold or Red Platinum Nightmaster - sure.   Jade not so much.

Every GameStop I've been to looking for the McFarlane X-Men Beast statue has had the Forever White Suited Riddler on their shelves.  You might try there, I've had better luck lately with Gamestop's rather than running around town wasting gas to big box stores scalpers frequent.
