My Cyborg Supes is supposed to arrive from Gamestop tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it. I'm not quite as excited about this more classic Hank Henshaw version because I have several of him from other lines like Mattel and DC Direct. I was more jazzed for the Zor-El Rebirth version because that was a first in any line. I'll still be happy to have both.
I'm expecting to find Cyborg Superman at a local Gamestop this weekend. Had him in my cart, but couldn't find anything to add over $54 for the free shipping. Stinkin Walmart canceled my Year One Batman....but I don't want him anymore anyways.
Finally got around to opening my Platinum Adam Strange - and I really like the figure, except for his teeny tiny head. Like it's a great looking figure, I love the look, the proportions with the body are solid, I don't even think the legs look too long on him. But I stand him next to my Ultimates or other lines at that size and the head is like 25% smaller. In fact, the head is a smidge smaller than some of my G.I. Joe Classified heads at the 1/12 scale. If the head were bigger this figure would be perfect and my favorite McFarlane figure to date.
What's crazier is that the Deadshot that came in the same assortment doesn't really have the issue. Deadshot's head is pretty appropriately sized, though it could be a smidge bigger. When I put those two heads next to each other with their chins at the same level the top of Deadshot's head is even with the top of the fin on Adam Strange's head. I don't understand why the heads would be so dramatically out of scale with each other. I did throw the helmeted head from Ultimates Darkbird on the body and it looks pretty sharp...
this weekend i found the new multiverse wave at walmart, found the year 1 batman, gordon, Y1 bat plat, bizzaro and jade. they were placed at the electronic section instead of the toy aisle.
of course i bought jade along with batman and gordon. i'm debating to get the plat batman or not.
just glad i found jade so quickly but i might try to find another to hang on my wall.
That restock is hilarious - it's pretending like the $29.99 price tag is a discount and even lists "typical price" as $49.99, with a big red -40%
@panthercult I wonder if it's mass returns or really opportunities for the plat. 🤔
Then there's this ridiculousness. Someone found Hawkgirl at a New Jersey Gamestop with a May 16th street date. No pre-orders up yet & I thought they said it was for summer release. 🤔 🤨

I can't imagine it's much longer before the Batman Returns wave goes up for preorder. Hopefully it's not a beast to try to get ahold of like some of these. I'm once again ordering figures from other countries in order to ensure I get the ones I want. I don't even know if the BTAS Bruce Wayne BAF wave is even going to be posted on Target's website anymore.
I stopped at 3 Walmarts on my way to work. My local Walmart had Jade & Armored Hal Jordan. I picked up Jade and the figure wasn't in the system when I checked out. The associates couldn't find it on their devices. They asked me how much it was and I said $19.99, so that's what I paid. The next Walmart had 2 Jade figures, Armored Hal & B&W Jim Gordon. I scanned the figures with the Walmart app on my phone and Jim Gordon was the only one that showed up. I decided to pick up another Jade and the Armored Hal. Hal rang up but Jade wasn't in the system. The associate asked if they were the same price and I said yes, so I got Jade for the same price as Hal. Turns out they are $22.97. The last Walmart had Jade, Hal, Batman, Gordon & Bizarro, so I picked up Batman, Gordon & Bizarro.
I understand you so much, it's a real avalanche right now!
Man... time to check some Wal Mart stores again. I need me a Jade
I’d still like to see McFarlane do the DCU Hawkgirl before losing the license. New Superman trailer is straight heat.
Cyborg Superman should be plentiful.

Henshaw arrived, and he is glorious (up there with Silver Age Superman). Here is my review:
