Well, heck, as much as I figured Demon Batman and suited Scarecrow were going to be chases, I was hoping there'd be a last minute switch-up. Both of those are high up on my want list (Scarecrow especially). Little bummed at the lack of new chest piece and cape for Demon Batman, but it is what it is. I can't tell if it's a lighter shade of black, or if it's just the lighting. Scarecrow looks a little too buff, but I'll take it for the Crowllection regardless. Doesn't even look like he has a maggot-less mask, looks like they just painted over it. Bit of a lazy wave, but maybe that means it'll be a little easier to get. ( 😓 )
These are all easy passes for me. I'd probably pick up the Scarecrow on clearance but since it's a chase that isn't going to happen.
Scarecrow *does* look buff. Makes me wonder if the arms/jacket are a “pre-paint” of someone like comic Two-Face.

As for the cowl, like the 89 Batman, it should not be able to turn at the neck. I get they want articulation, but the cowl you see on screen did not have it. So giving it articulation sacrifices accuracy. Strangely, I'm not bothered by it as much on the Begins as I am on the 89. Maybe because Begins' mouth looks like Bale and 89's mouth doesn't look like Keaton, so at least it has something going for it? I'm probably still going to pick up the Begins.
My $50+ Shazam from Amazon arrives tomorrow. It better not be the Platinum. Running out of options with this Shazam-gate. More posts from wilds of Target + Walmart only have the plats appearing. If it is the plat, I'll just return. If it's the reg, I'll return my Gamestop plat. Win-win.

Speaking of Platinums, I'm trying to get the Platinum for the Action Comics #1 Superman. I ordered 4 from Gamestop. They were all regular. Ordered another 4. 3 arrived and they're the regular. I've got one more coming and feel like it won't be Platinum. Especially since it's a much older release. These have been coming from stores rather than their warehouse. I knew it was unlikely to work, but thought I'd give it a shot.

The most annoying thing about Shazam is they sculpted his medallion and cord as if it should hang dead center on his chest when it should hang to one side in the crease of his cape. So it does drape naturally. All they had to do was not cast the medallion at the V of the cord

I wouldn’t mind overpaying a bit for it at this point. Everyone wants $70+ and shipping though.
@sephiroth61787 You never know what you might find nowadays when you stop into a store. A month ago I found the platinum Action Comics #1 Superman at the Target near where I work. The week before that, I found platinum Conner Kent. I don't know how these figures were out so long after their initial release. They were not on the shelf that whole time. Maybe they were buried in the back room and someone finally put them out or they just got them in. Walmart just put Page Punchers out in December that are over a year old.
I don't know what your situation is but there are 5 Walmarts within 20 minutes from where I live and there are 5 Targets between my house and where I work. There is also a Best Buy & a few Gamestops. I have some options but I know some people have to travel an hour just to find one of these stores.
