@schizm for an unmasked version Batwoman Beyond seems to be the head du jour.
Icon is available for purchase on McFarlane Toys Store website, no pre order. It seems to have disappeared from the Gamestop website.
That is terrible. I hate Todd's website and if that's the only place to get this figure, I'm skipping it, I guess.
It's up on Gamestop now for Pre-Order.
Got Icon on MTS and apparently he's starting to ship now.
My biggest want this Spring so stoked to have gotten him easily enough.
Yes, I already got the shipping notice for Icon as well. I had pre-ordered him on Gamestop.com yesterday but had a $20 off reward at McFarlane so ended up ordering there instead and cancelling the Gamestop order. I think they said that he wasn't shipping until like March from there anyway.
Icon is a totally blank sculpt. Not bad proportions either. Would not be unhappy to see many more figures on this mold. Should have been used for Wildcat.
Happily using a $20 off code on MTS for him for a custom Space Ghost.
I'm so pleasantly surprised that they made a blank sculpt to use for Icon. I mean, in a perfect world from a few years ago, we'd have a newly sculpted Icon body for Icon, but it's still a much better choice than an almost blank body reused eveywhere with wrong sculpted details.
I ordered Red Hood's bike off Amazon. They sent me a Super Powers Riddler.
me too…
The "replacement" bike arrived from Amazon... It's another Super Powers Riddler. That's twice.
Returning for a full refund. I already bought the bike from Best Buy with no problem.
Maybe it's one of Riddler's tricks
"As fast as a rocket, we've got all that you like. You order a riddle, we'll send you a bike. What am I?"
Yup. And people call those other companies out too. Nobody said this was a Mac exclusive problem. We just want companies to learn to use a ruler in the case one day an ML Puck becomes larger than ML Wolverine.
No one is claiming that the people running those companies are raging egomaniacs. Hasbro gave us plenty of out of scale figures over the years. Their Kitty Pryde from the Juggernaut wave may as well have been from a 7 inch line.
At least Hasbro gives us most figures reasonably in-scale. It feels like McFarlane goes out of his way to do the opposite. I’m generally not a fan of putting this companies up against each other, but McFarlane loses this one hands down. No contest.
That body used for Kitty Pryde is a little tall for Kitty but the body is the same height as the most recent Black Widow and Silk. The head sculpt is a little big but body is normal ML female height.
