I also was unsuccessful locating a Geo-Force at Target today, but they put out yet more of those Ghost of Zod wave Page Punchers and even more MCU Iron Man / Spider-Man re-issues. I saw a ton of Mattel stuff 50% off (Jurassic Park and WWE mostly).

I found a lone Grid at Gamestop, but no sign of Christopher Reeve Supes, Simon Baz or Mr Terrific anywhere.

Walmart had the newest wave of Masterverse with Evil Lyn and Fisto, but nothing else interesting. Certainly no Platinum Lightning Lad there. Looked like a solid case each of Page Puncher John Constantine, Caveman Batman,  modern Red Hood, DCvV Shazam, Max Mercury, metallic Hal and reissued Action Comics 1000 Supes.

I got in the Digital Earth-2 Robin figure today from BBTS.  I love the colors, the cloth cape, and just overall look of it.  Excellent figure.

I have been looking for Lightning Lad as well, but as Reno mentioned, my Wal-Mart is also full of old Page Punchers. The Constantine figure from PP's, as well as Heat Wave and Cpt. Cold Page Punchers.

Then quite a few Gold Label Wal-Mart exclusive Superman and Hal Jordan Green Lanterns.

At least the 2 I bolded in the quote are stocked in the Electronics section at Walmart.

Walmart also seems to be getting solid cases of random PP figures, including the CaveBat, Robin, Constantine and various figures from the Ghost Zod wave (depending on the store). Walmart trying to clear the warehouses for the holiday.

Man I am jealous. The Targets around me have absolutely nothing. No legends, no multiverse. It's never been like this before but it has been going on for a couple months now. They have the pegs but nothing on them. I can't find anything. The only thing they keep getting in is Black series and it is peg warming hard.

Got my Page Punchers Damian Robin from Amazon the other day....outstanding figure. Really love it. My only real complaint is that the hood may be a tad too long in the back. Still looks great!

I've been debating that Walmart Gold Label Superman, but my local Walmarts are not very good at stocking Multiverse. Oh well. There's probably a better Superman I could get.

I've also debated on trying to pick up Shining Knight, but haven't seen it anywhere. Target is decently stocked, but it's usually the same figures you see everywhere. My local had 3 of the JL False God figure. I picked one up at a different store a few weeks ago. Even though I've limiting myself when it comes to movie/TV releases, I really like it!

Page Punchers Damian Robin is a fantastic looking figure.  It's been one of my favorites of 2024.

I will say, if you come across the Wal-Mart Gold Label Superman, it is worth picking up.  I'm sure it's fine to skip too, as I know Todd will be making more Superman figures.  But the Wal-Mart Gold Label figure has the cloth cape, very vibrant colors, and is just a great, classic looking Superman figure.

I also got Page Punchers Robin — it shipped out of nowhere after not having an arrival date for months — and I have to say it’s one of my top five DC Multiverse figures of the year. I’ve actually never read the comic run it’s from but am planning to now after getting the first issue with the figure.

It looks to me that the platinum blue Batman that goes along with this Robin is the correct coloring. So weird the standard issue is the wrong color.

I don't know if anyone else shared this but Amazon has the Kyle/Kilowog two pac at 25% off plus a coupon for another 20. Just got the set for about 40 bucks if anyone's been waiting for a decent sale.

@gpmartin414 I'd suggest starting at the beginning of the Morrison run - to get the full arc of the character's story you need to see how he was first introduced and developed over the run. That issue is kind of the middle of the overall story.

Can only hope this means that more Robin's are getting out there- I fluctuate between just pure annoyance trying to wash my hands of this line because of the utterly stupid platinum edition and general sparsity of the figure, and then desperately checking anywhere to see if I can get hold of one.

self same experience. Losing faith in Amazon and then it showed up out of nowhere. What a great figure, I haven’t been enjoying the line too much lately but this figure pulled me back in. I also opened a couple of Batmobiles today-

forever and Dark Knight. I have to say the vehicles are fantastic. Lots of fun posing various Batman’s with them. I remain all in on the Batmobiles.

Glad to hear that Amazon is shipping those Robins. Crazy he was so hard to find.

After also being pretty down on the line, I was gifted the green/yellow Geo Force by my dad. Was surprised by the gift and by how much I like the figure. Maybe I’m more willing to forgive the boots/texture because I didn’t buy it, but I’m just happy to have this version of him.

My McFarlane comic display has been whittled down to 2000s JLA + Flashpoint + classic Batman. Geo Force is a great addition to the Batman shelf which is pretty much all 70s-80s.

It’s also frustrating that McFarlane won’t properly resculpt this mold without texture and reuse it for more figures. I haven’t had the speeding bullets mold in hand since I bought/sold that figure but it really is the only mold in this line that I love. Good proportions and musculature for the Superman/Batman type characters.

Yeah, I could have sworn I canceled the Robin from amazon when I found one on BBTS but amazon sent it to me last week, now I have two.  Shouldn't be too hard to unload, I guess.

EDIT:

I also got an email saying page punchers Shazam is inbound from BBTS.  Just as I'm thinking of winding things down for this line.  I think I'm still going to keep him and see what he's all about.  The cloth capes sell me.

I got that Shazam from MTS the other day, and it's an awesome figure. I tried to order it on day one and it was sold out everywhere for some reason. So, the only way I could get one was to order the 3 figure bundle on MTS. The other two figures are pretty cool, and I got them all at a discount, so I didn't mind too much. My original plan was going to be to just order two of Shazam and that's it, but since I was forced to order the bundle that plan went out the window. And seeing how much he's going for on the secondary (ie. scalper) market it's unlikely I'll ever get a second one.

It's funny how some figures become scarce from the get-go, and some don't. I wouldn't really think that Shazam would be such a desirable character that his figure would sell out immediately, and then become super expensive on the aftermarket. Especially since it was a wide release that was available everywhere. I can see why it happened with Wonder Woman, but I figured Shazam would be no problem to get ahold of. Guess I was wrong.

It's too bad, because Captain Marvel was my favorite superhero when I was a kid. Glad I was able to score at least one of them though.

The RunFair EQL drawings are open for the platinum editions of Grid, Mr Terrific, Simon Baz and evil Christopher Reeve Superman:

https://mcfarlane.runfair.com/en-US/us

I entered for all but Grid. I've already picked up the regular version of that figure from Gamestop and prefer that version to the Platinum.

Good luck to anyone who chooses to enter!

After some good luck in the early days of the EQL drawings, it's been a very long drought for me since. I hope to end up with at least one of these with Simon being my first choice.

The case with Page Punchers animated Red Hood, SHAZAM and comic Superman has shipped from EE and also the case with Mr. Terrific, Grid and Simon Baz. The platinum figures are supposed to be in these cases so didn't enter the EQL drawings this time.
