So apparently Todd has selected his Adam West Batman as his finalist in the Official Toy of the Year award competition. You can go to the official website to select it if you like it. I personally would have chosen the Knightfall Batman vs Bane 2-pack or the imminent Detective Comics #537 (Night People) Norm Breyfogle inspired deluxe Batman, but the Adam West figure certianly has its charm

Man, I got in Darkseid, Cpt. Boomerang and Firestorm from Amazon, and the Firestorm was the Platinum Edition. 

I wanted the regular version.  But I ordered another Firestorm and will keep this Platinum Edition.  I hope this new Firestorm I ordered is regular, or I will have to send one back. 

I also picked up Max Mercury today at Wal-Mart.  They have quite a few of him and have for a while.  Since they didn't have anything else today, I finally picked one up.

I saw DC direct DeathStroke today, looks real good. the masked head did seem alittle pin-headed

@bat1975 finally just got my notification within the last hour or so. By any chance did you pay via apple pay or paypal? Because I paid via credit card and I was wondering why my order didn't process around the same time as yours. I pre-ordered this figure within the first ten minutes after it went up and the only thing I can figure is that maybe you must have paid for your order in advance or using a method that skips the pre-authorization process entirely and that's the reason mine was delayed.

I feel like Shazam lacks something to be called a truly great action figure - I just can't put my finger on what that thing is. 

I have no interest in either Christopher Reeve Superman nor animated Red Hood, but I did go ahead and pre-order Shazam!. I'm not convinced it's enough of an upgrade over the Walmart Gold Label Rebirth version that I already have, but I have a couple of months to decide. It was already sold out on BBTS so ordered through Amazon instead.

I went to a Walmart in Western PA today and they had the new wave of digital figures in the collector's section, Joker, Robin & Platinum Flash. I already have the regular Flash figure from Flashpoint so I didn't need the one with translucent legs.

@shinigami-customs I'm not a big Shazam-head but just at a glance his lightning bolt seems too wide and I'm not sure white is the right color.  I think his head could be a smudge smaller and his upper body larger as well.  I feel like if these superhero bodies were closer to Captain Carrot's body proportions, they'd all be better off and I'd be buying a lot more.

I pre ordered SHAZAM today.  I got him at BBTS when it went up.  I also got in Connor Kent Collector's Edition Superboy today from Amazon.  Luckily, it was not the Platinum Edition since I was wanting the regular version.

I just got home from taking my mother to the heart doctor, and running a bunch of other errands for her today, and I missed the pre-order window for SHAZAM. He's sold out everywhere, even GameStop. (No good deed… I guess). But mom is worth it.

Went to Gamestop and it was full of good stuff. I saw Booster gold, the new Joker, Ambush bug, black costume flash and more. The standout for me was 'golden age' joker, looked so good!
