I was alerted that I had to approve that I wanted to keep my order for the Court of Owls 3 Pack on Amazon, due to it being delayed to what now looks like November 21st or 22nd.
Anyone else have to do that? Has anyone actually received the set from Amazon, or is everyone in this boat for this set?

I got the alert for the Glider, I didn’t order the three pack.
Man - I love GeoForce. Like one of my favorite DC characters, for no good reason really, just loved the Outsiders back then and was a huge Titans fan and he was Terra's brother, but my gosh is that the worst looking face I've seen on an action figure in awhile. That is atrocious. Todd is definitely touching on so many characters I wish DCUC had done, but this one is not his best effort.
That Platinum geo Force is so good. I may have to get that. I only collect Batman characters at this point, but Geo Force is an Outsider, and the Outsiders were Batmans team.
Who were just the original Outsiders? The first team. Was it Batman, Black Lightning, Katana, Halo, Geo Force, and Metamorpho?
Looker was early on, but she wasn't an original, right? She didn't show up until the Outsiders got their own book or something.
@panthercult At least one of the other face plates looks like it will be decent, I’m more pissed that they keep doing classic versions as the Platinum. The only way most people are getting this version is eBay. I really wish someone would confront McFarlane, or his crony Brian, over this joy-killing strategy.
@supercamel-1982 I think you got the right Outsiders line-up. That book was a ton of fun. I loved Black Lightning a lot, Katana was awesome, but I had a soft spot for Geo Force. Metamorpho's powers were the most fun though. Sure wish I had that whole team on my DCUC shelf. Dangit.
And yeah - the classic outfits as Platinum offerings is janky as hell.
Yeah, doing classic attires as Platinum Editions is cold blooded. It's freakin' mean. And isn't Geo Force a Target Exclusive? It's like Todd hates us or something.
But I honestly would love to get both versions of Geo Force. I've always loved the character. So, I'll give it a shot.

This is a dream come true figure for me. The other faces look fine, even if the main one is more evil Geo-Force (which makes sense since the main figure is based on his look in the Robin series).
The only issues I spot are the yellow on his chest coming to a point (which I can live with) and the pouch belt instead of the more capsule-looking original version. But the paint detail on the center of the belt really saves that.
As for the Outsiders (and I agree that the original team line-up are all Batman-related characters since they were Batman's personal strike force team), the original team was Batman, Geo-Force, Metamorpho, Black Lightning, Halo, and Katana. Looker joined later in the original title and was featured when they got their own deluxe Baxter-paper title, The Outsiders. Windfall and Atomic Knight joined the original team as members before the team disbanded during the Millennium crossover.
I really can't believe we're getting this character after all these years. He's been my number one want since the start of DCD. And since I have DCDirect versions of Metamorpho and Black Lightning in their classic looks, this makes classic Halo and Katana now my top two most wanted figures

Got my BvS wave in, great set!
Some notes;
- The Plats are the stars, though thankfully both are x1 in every case, so should be easier than Question, ect
- The Kryptonite spears are different, AB comes with a duller spear whereas the 2pack is just silver
- Knightmare Batman and standard Supes both have the same headsculpts as before but both are painted far nicer
-The cape used for Armoured Bats (both) are the best capes I've ever seen/felt on an Armoured BvS Bat. Better than Mezco, Mafex, DCFilms, ect!
Great set, I'm lucky I've got friends on the otherside of the world that can help me, but yeah good luck everyone!

I'm down for pretty much any Silver/Bronze age figures McF puts out. That Geo-Force looks great.

Yeah, it's really annoying that classic looks are almost exclusively platinum figures now -- and that there are platinum figures for every Collectors Edition, half the figures in a normal wave, and now platinums for store exclusives.
Is someone keeping track of how platinums there are per year for this line? In the first year, it as just a handful, then kept being a low amount, until the last year or so when it exploded. It feels like there have been 50 platinums this year alone, but it'd be interesting to see the actual data.
@gpmartin414 the simple reason as to why Plats are here are because stores need them. Without Plats, Walmart and Target were pulling out of selling the line. Plats were/are incentive.
No Plats, and these all are 100x more difficult to get
