Question has apparently been found at a Nevada Walmart. It looks great but I'm still so frustrated that I'll probably never see it. I get the idea is that the platinum figures are more obscure characters.at least the gold label stuff you have a chance of finding. Id say commander steel is probably more obscure or at least equally obscure as the question. But one of them will be significantly harder to find

That's too much work. They only strive for repaints.
But, I think he means literally just use more paint to cover the entire sculpted stripe. Rather than just paint a strip over the sculpting like that - make it look intentional and paint the entire sculpted stripe silver.
Man, looking at it up close that is an eyesore.
