Can't wait for Amazon to discount these! Gonna need a few.

Yeah, I'm debating if I should preorder one now, and grumble to myself if they are cheap and easy to find later, or wait and risk it being popular and hard to find. The eternal toy conundrum I guess.

Most of those Aquaman figures look quite good, especially that seahorse but I'm not getting any of them, I think. Maybe the monsters in the future or Arthur cause that scalemail would work well for Cap.

Wasn't planning on paying any attention to this movie or its figures, but hot diggity that King and Pirate look awesome! They're basic enough that they can work in any display, really. There's nothing tying them specifically to Aquaman, per se. Don't know if I'll pick them up at full price, but who knows- maybe once I see them in person I'll give in, for I am weak and long for toys.

That seahorse is beautiful too! I'd never have thunk I'd ever heavily consider buying a toy seahorse, but here I am. I know I complain more often than I should, but I gotta hand it to Todd- the man knows how to make a cool toy.

I've looked on hires pics of all of them and I gotta admit, I might buy almost all - but none of them to keep as Aquaman related 😆 Both Arthurs and Manta are primo custom fodder, the big fish pirate will either be some random monster/alien or a Lantern. I actually like the zombie King less now, for whatever reason, but I'm sure I could still find a place or purpose for him.

Amen to Todd knowing how to make good looking toys.

I'm getting one because it's big and ridiculous for the price.

But if they get cheap (like under $10), I'd be tempted to get 6 more and have the whole JLA riding them.

Right...   Namor would probably look pretty good shouting "Imperius Rex"  from the back of one these...

Black Manta looks cool, but he’s got weapon holding hands without anything to hold. Trailer makes it look like he should have come with a trident.

Man I thought I would have seen Superman Page Punchers and the Spawn figures by now.  Think it will be until NYCC at this rate.

I don't do movie figures but they look cool.  Hardly anything McFarlane has shown in 2023 has interested me other than the very small amount of Spawn figures. Good for my wallet, but not fun either.  My "not buying his stuff anymore" vibe is kinda happening one way or the other. Even the Kickstarter didn't get an announcement.  Todd's checked out.

The King figure comes with the black trident. Todd trying to get people to "collect them all" to get accessories that make sense.

Seems like there's a stealth variant of the stealth suit that comes with Topo the octopus.

What's up with Amazon these days? They used to be pretty reliable, but my First Appearance Superman figure was just delayed again (for the like 9th time) until October 1st now. When I originally PO'd that figure I think the release date was sometime in early August. Then it got delayed to later in August, then early in September, then mid-September, then late September, and now early October. Geezus! I'm not even all that super hyped for that figure because it's just a repainted Infected/Hush Superman, but come on! Pick a friggin' date and stick to it already. I guess the notion of keeping your customers happy is an idea from the distant past now.

General question: Are the heads on most McFarlane figures interchangeable? I know the Dark Knight Superman uses a fatter peg than the Detective Comics Superman for example.

Good point! I didn’t notice that!
