So far it has been purely a chase figure with no way to directly order it (within the US, at least). People have been finding them at Gamestop for sure, and maybe Target?
At some point someone could make them available to order. There has been no indication yet that they're going to be offered through McFarlane Store's EQL program but that is certainly still a possibility. BBTS sometimes list Platinums for a markup. Amazon has been known to ship Platinums in place of the standard versions figures (from a case assortment), but I don't know how that would work with these, since I don't believe that they're technically a chase of another figure, but just a totally different SKU.
I'm going to give it a bit, but ebay might end up being the best route to actually secure one (at way above retail though, of course).
The above is also true for Sportsmaster and Rebirth Reverse Flash, and is what I believe is the expected route for the Hugo Strange (as Batman) currently on display at SDCC as well.
That Damien figure looks good...much better than the Rebirth version. On the fence about Slade...looks cool, but do I need him unmasked?
Cyborg is decent...might get him, even though this isn't a version I have an attachment to.

ToyShiz had a live walkthrough of McFarlane's off site preshow event and mentioned he talked to one of their reps, and said they are aware people want to be able to army build the Manhunters, and they may look into a way to get another version out later.
Just grabbed one from AliExpress for $36.
