Just got the shipping notice for the Conner Kent/Sgt Rock collectors wave.
The animated Batmobile came in today from Target. That box is surprisingly long. (That's what she... eh.) It's a Christmas present, unfortunately, so no opening. But the box is impressive, ha. I wasn't expecting it to be delivered so soon. I guess I wasn't paying attention.

Did it come in another shipping box, or did they slap a label on the packaging and call it good?

It actually came in a huge box. About 42" long. Padded with those big air bubble inserts. The ones the size of a small bag of sugar.
The SDCC exclusives launch tomorrow on EQL. It says Wednesday 5 pm. I'm not sure if that is EST or PST.
Has anyone ordered the Batman Forever wave from MTS? Have you received the figures yet? I ordered a set and haven't received them yet and it still says awaiting fulfillment. The website still says preorder & ships in July. These usually ship the first of the month but since the website says preorder, I figure they don't have them in stock yet.

I ordered the whole set. No movement yet. I assume it'll be shortly after Comic Con weekend.
Is it known/expected that the Swamp Thing megafig in the most recent listings is just going to be another repaint?
Saturday I received Superboy, Atom and the Platinum version of SGT Rock from GameStop. I was stunned and actually not upset due to the figure not looking that bad. The figure and all the accessories were a solid green just like the little Army men of old time. I'm thinking of keeping the figure because it brings back memories of the time me and my older brother would play Army men. He passed away in 2018 due to a bad case of pneumonia that hospitalized him. I guess I will try again but this time with Amazon. Edit, forgot, I received today from Target, Fire and the Rookie and Mister Bloom 2-pack. I'm not hating on any of them and Fire is growing on me. She seems to be based on a little bit of everything even animated. The look doesn't seem to be based on any certain comic story as far as as I can tell. I mean on her box is just the word Fire for the description. The Rookie and Mr. Bloom look real good and hopefully sometime in the near future I can display all this I have bought this year but right now I'm trying to make space.
Can someone familiar with how McFarlane does things enlighten me as to how the convention items are actually sold?
Are they there for attendees to purchase at SDCC, or does everyone have to enter the EQL lottery?
I've been attempting to figure it out from their social media posts, but it isn't really clear. They're calling these "in person" exclusives, which suggests you can buy them at the con, but then they just sent out an email which seems to suggest that even attendees have to use the EQL process.
@ham-salad I read it only as they're not taking "all" produced stock to SDCC because they don't have enough room. They'll sell all that they take there at the convention and the remaining stock will be sold through the EQL process with geo-location confirmed SDCC attendees getting first crack, then Platinum members and then everyone else.
I've never been to California in my life and can't attend SDCC, and I'm certainly not a Platinum member but I still entered for the Agent Liberty figure and sure hope that I can still get one. I feel like I've certainly given the McFarlane Toy Store enough of my money lately by purchasing the Tumbler w/ Lucius, White Knight Batmobile and pre-ordering Jonah Hex to qualify. However I'm also aware that many DC Multiverse buyers have probably bought all of those same things and then some from MTS recently. I'll still be pretty disappointed if I don't get one and have to resort to the secondary market.
@new-batman Thanks New Batman! I think that I'll pass on both of those. I'm happy with the Rebirth versions of both characters that I already have.
Tni has photos of new mcfarlane releases including Hugo strange Batman, red hood, cyborg and more.
I'll definitely be in for Cyborg and Hugo. I really still want 2 of those Manhunters and a Sportsmaster also.
Does anybody know what the white Batman with the bullseye on him is? (Edit: Never mind, I found where he appeared in that costume - I won't be needing that.)
