Since when has that ever stopped Todd? 60% of the card art doesn't match the figure especially highly desirable classic designs.
Todd's following the Hasbro strategy of "do it wrong now, they'll buy it, do it better later, they'll buy it again"
I received the Pre-order Processing Soon email from BBTS in regards to the Warner Brothers 100th Anniversary DC Multiverse Batman Ultimate Movie Collection Action Figure Six-Pack. This will be my last McFarlane figure until The Joker Interrogation Room set comes from McFarlane's store. I'm just buying the movie figures going forward. He don't seem to mess those up as much as the comic figures.
Just saw the three-pack of Injustice re-releases coming up (Fate/Bats/SG). I'm trying to figure out how I completely missed Injustice SG ever being released in the first place. Was she ever widely distributed? (One good Kara is one of the few things I want from this line and between missing the first one and the weird leg thing on the second...)
@docsilence The original is a Page Punchers figure. Currently on shelves in Electronics at pretty much all the Targets and Walmarts around me.
I am so unhappy with Supergirl. When local sellers with their leaked listing came out (what I usually share in this thread) I just had to PO immediately when I saw Kara in the list (some early leaked listings even used her Supergirl Woman of Tomorrow image while saying "Rebirth Costume").
Then she got revealed in SDCC and I was not fan of her headsculpt shown in the panels.
And now I see actual product shots from people who got her early and I regret preordering her. Locally, if you don't preorder a figure you can miss out on them if you're not careful. Sellers sometimes would only offer a limited number of slots per character and are sometimes subject to cuts. Got excited so I preordered immediately. I guess next time I'll just wait for the official photos to be revealed.
Not also a fan of the cloth cape.
Can't say I disagree. I was lucky enough to grab a DC essentials Supergirl for $20 loose at a local comic shop and I won't be replacing it.
Some amazing figures revealed in wave 2 of collector series then some silly misses on Supergirl and Black Lightning. Why not just make Black Lightning on the Captain Atom body and paint the belt? We finally get the speeding bullets body reused after several classic characters were made on different bucks...making speeding bullets bulkier and taller than Blue Beetle, KF Bats, etc.
Been passing on a lot more figures lately. I find it easier to pay $30 for something as good as Hawkman than $20 for a lazy Black Lightning or Supergirl. I'd love to be all in on the line but issues like this have me being extremely selective.

Same. There are some real heartbreakers with issues so big you just can't overlook them. Supergirl for sure, Black Lightning.....a classic Tim Drake that's as big and buff as any Batman. I just can't.
