Atom and Green Arrow are finally up on Amazon. I rarely pre-order MCF stuff these days, but these guys are Justice League necessities.
I was able to get Darkseid on BBTS, but I got on their site right at 12:00. At the time, they were only allowing 2 per customer. I figured it would sell out today but not as fast as it did. But this is a great looking figure of Darkseid.
I’m seeing so many people on Facebook groups, Instagram, etc. that say they missed Darkseid or never even had the chance to grab him, and yet he’s regularly available on eBay at a 75% markup. It’s crazy how quickly this line went from the clearance rack to scalper heaven.
I could have grabbed this guy to replace DCUC Darkseid (and moved that BAF to my Infinite Crisis era figures) but I’m not worried missing him. Just hope the line becomes more regularly available for those that want the figure.
Also, my Knightsend Batman from Amazon needed an approval for a delay. No estimated date. Never saw him in stores.
Amazon has become quite unreliable for McF preorders - Batman/Azrael orders went unfulfilled while both figures were in stock and available for hours. They seem to work based on distribution centers and if the one near you doesn’t get it, good luck.
Yeah... was interested in the Long Bow Hunter GA - but I refuse to buy directly from McFarlane's site and it's pre-sold out on BBTS and is only available from secondary sellers on Amazon for double the starting price, so I guess I live without - or wait. Same thing happened with Starfire before and I ended up being able to get her ordered eventually, so I won't worry too much.
OK, so patience paid off and was just able to do a pre-order for this Green Arrow on Amazon. Hoping the same will happen with Darkseid since the initial pre-orders all sold out everywhere.
I don't feel good about Darkseid's arms being all veiny. He isn't that type of muscular.
I remember when GI Joe sucked to collect and Mcfarlane was the stress free preorder.

They had to re-use Mongul's arms cause their product manager is a weird bean counter Frankensteiner.

I remember riding my bike to Toys R Us and being able to find all my favorite GI Joe's for $2.99 each. 😵
The Target sale appears to be over. I have this Target Circle Bonus reward at spend $117/125 to get $15 back...by tomorrow.
My local Target has had about a dozen Waveriders & a dozen Midnighters since they came out. They have been sitting on a clearance shelf far away from the toy aisles at full price for months. I stopped in today and scanned one of the figures and it rang up the sale price. I then noticed there were only 2 of each left.
I also saw a platinum Batman from the Dark Knight movie. It had been opened and the cape removed.

Savage thieves. The worst are those that return fig swaps.
I’m probably setting myself up for disappointment but I’d love if Shining Knight were the one from Grant Morrison’s Seven Soldiers. It’d finally give us a second Demon Knight to go with Etrigan.
Is the Superman Our Worlds at War a new figure or was it used a couple of times before?
