Weren't there rumors that a Darkseid was going to be the BAF of the Justice League Task Force wave? Those figures are based on the 90s fighting game so Darkseid should resemble his pre New 52/pre Rebirth look.
@blackcomicnerd the JLTF wave is almost certainly Despero, and most likely another MTS exclusive set similar to the COIE

So I was thinking about ordering the Blue Beetle Bug Ship at $29.99. Used the discount code and after taxes it came to $24.09. But then the lowest shipping was over $15. So that would have made the final cost around $40, which is $10 over retail. Wow! What a bargain!!!
I deleted it from my cart. I'll just get it on Amazon for $30 with free shipping.
To those of you who have multiple DC lines from various companies, do you display your DC McFarlane Multiverse 7" figures mixed in with say your DCC/DC Direct New 52 figures or DC Essentials? If so, does it look good? Do they look like they belong together?
I feel like it's obvious the MegaFigs like Doomsday, Mongul, and the upcoming Darkseid would look good amongst DCC 1:12 scale figures. But do the McFarlane 1:12 scale figures look like they belong amongst the likes of the DCC/DC Direct new 52 figures or Essentials? If you had some DCC Superman figures displayed, and put McFarlane General Zod and Atomic Skull with them, do they look right? Or do they look out of proportion?
I was trying to find a collection with both mixed in online, but really can't. I've found some comparisons of individual figures/characters from the various lines I've mentioned, and they appear to look good together. But just wondered.

Well, I owe you a big round of thanks! I was just catching up on the thread this morning and saw your post. I knew it was a few days old, and Starfire was long gone by now, but I clicked on the link anyway. What do I see when the page comes up? “Available at your local store for pickup within one hour.” So I place my order online and wait for the inevitable “Your order has been cancelled as the item could not be found.” text. Instead, I get the “Your order is ready for pickup.” text. So I head over there fully expecting to be handed Penguin or Captain Boomerang and was shocked to be handed Starfire. This was the first time in I don’t know how long that the “order online for store pickup” thing actually worked for me for a highly in-demand figure.

I mix McFarlane's DC Multiverse along with DC Essentials. For certain bigger characters from McFarlane, I mix them with DC Mafex and the few left over DC Universe Classics/Mattel DC Multiverse. I also mix up a few Mezco figures and some Storm Collectibles and Beast Kingdom figures.
Passing on too; Question and Shining Knight aren't chases; their case will include any number of the actual chases (Hugo as Bats, Effigy and Bullseye Bats)
Much like we're gonna soon see with the Cyborg Supes and Robin wave
Effigy, huh? Weird deep cut. I was looking through an old ToyFare the other day that had a then-complete guide to what characters had been made by DC Direct. Saw Effigy and thought, wow. He might be the least likely to be remade by McFarlane. Proven wrong in record time.
