Damn I love this Page Punchers set! And hate Todd! I can't count the number of steps back and forward, it's exhausting. Me getting back into it is fun, but 2023 brought a lot of crap I think. I will pre-order the set on his store so that's fun. I think we now understand the wait for this wave - it's a 4 part story rather than just 1 issue repeatedly. That takes time.
I can't wait for new52 Cyborg Superman and Darkseid as well now. I hope new52 Batman actually does get a worthy sculpt. And Manhunters. We'll see. Today though, today is fun and I have high hopes for James Gunn.
As for variants - a lot I think is Todd's BS, but stores are also reluctant to stock figures right now and all the exclusives have something to do with that.
Oh and BRING ON LANTERNS IN PAGE PUNCHERS
@new-batman that movie Black Manta is a pretty great standard version of the character. Worth it IMO.
oh yeah no doubt, I had to go to several targets to find him once I read these were on clearance.

Same here! I’m hoping for a New 52 Batman soon, with a good sculpt and height.

did a target run this morning and saw they have the recent comic wave up, found two platinum steel figures!! got one and left the other for a fellow collector.
this will be my default steel as really don't like the regular color version, just got to paint the cape red and we're set.
So I received an e-mail on 2/29 saying that my Monitor figures had shipped from MTS. But when I check the FedEx tracking, it still says "Label Created, Awaiting Shipment" and "We will update tracking information once we receive your package."
So MTS sends the shipment information to FedEx and then they just leave the package sitting in their warehouse for over a week (so far), and don't actually bother giving it to the shipper?
Anyone else having this same issue with them? Just curious.
I have had the same issue in the past. I emailed their customer service inquiring about the status and explaining the issue. They replied with basiclly repeating what you already have recieved from the shipping info. However the order did actually ship a day or so after my inquiry. So it may be worth it to inquire via the support email.
@ninjak I usually use USPS priority mail for my MTS orders, but yes I’ve had the same experience multiple times. “Label created” for days…
@ninjak You forgot about my Wonder Woman post back in Dec on how it's the exact same situation? No updates for 3 days. Then they shipped it with usps ground advantage instead of the priority I paid for. It's either them not having the packages ready or the shipping companies not picking them up daily.

I've had this issue multiple times with them. I live in a small town where USPS does not have door delivery, everything goes to a post office and you have to go in to collect it from a person (which is tough considering my work schedule). Fed Ex and UPS, however, deliver to my door. There have been many times I've paid extra for Fed Ex shipping just to see the package shipped on a cheaper USPS truck and then I have to leave work early just to go and pick up my stuff. It ends up being an expensive delivery...not only do I lose money on the shipping option (where does this extra money go? Not refunded back...), but I have to leave early from work as well. Because of this, I try not to order direct from MTS anymore unless it's exclusive.
I received my Crisis wave this morning and I'm loving this Superman. This is the body that should be the standard for Superman figures going forward. The wired cape is well done.

That's the only reason why I got him in the first place. He'll be my "comic" Manta until Todd does an official one.
