Black & Gray Knightfall, Azrael, and First Appearance were up on BBTS for a couple of minutes. I got an order in for Azrael before everything sold out over there.
BBTS often relists them an hour or two after the first initial sell-out though, so keep eyes peeled if that's where you wanted to order.
Missed the black and grey KF Batman, but snagged Az-Bat and FA Batman
I ordered the set of 3 and an extra black and gray KF Batman at McFarlane's store. With the discount for the set of 3 and the 10% Off MTS10 code they actually came out to less than retail. It was $95.69 total shipped. That comes to $23.92 per figure. If I got them at retail they would come to $24.59 with tax. So that's about .67 less per figure. That works for me.
Missed out on black and gray Batman, which was the only thing I've been looking forward to from McF for this preorder round. I guess I had the audacity to have a job.
It's pretty amazing how hard these classic figures are to get, and sometimes (in the case of Wonder Woman) you get a paint style you didn't even order. But hey, that fucking stupid Joker Dragon is still readily available, so yay.
Can’t wait to see the inevitable McFarlane take on a David Corenswet Superman.
Alot of negativity here these days haha; seems it all spirals down to folks not able to get the released figs they want, which is totally understandable.
Have swayed slightly myself and only gonna be concentrating on comic heroes and the odd villain, so this new wave of live-action love does nothing for me though i will be grabbing that FA Bats, maybe the grey and black KF too. But the latest leaks do nothing for me so I'm shifting to a Mattel WWE focus atm.
It's hit the point again for me that there's just no variety, yes yes Batman sells, but it's been proven that other characters do sell too if made well. I'm also kinda over the lack of real waves too; like let's get some BAF waves in retail man, let's get another Collectors Edition wave, heck let's get a new Page Punchers wave out. Vehicles are cool but they're eating up the budget that could go to use on more figs.
Earth 2 Superman arrived today, and after a headswap with Action Comics #1 Superman he’s easily the best Superman figure I’ve ever owned. Can’t wait to pair him with First Appearance Batman, who looks even more amazing in the promo photos released today.

Yup, I pre-ordered from GameStop too, but we'll see what happens. Worst case scenario I have a blue/grey Knightfall Bats I can paint, but I liked the idea of not having to deal with paint rub.

I ordered one on BBTS then snagged a 2nd on Amazon when the link went live a few minutes later. I’m actually glad I checked here before I went and cancelled the BBTS order. I’ll hope to keep my Amazon order since I get 5% off and free shipping, but assuming both are fulfilled, I’ll happily give up the 2nd Bats for retail price or ship directly to you from BBTS.
I originally bought blue KF Bats to do a custom black/grey pouch belt version and procrastinated, so I’m in the same boat. Really want this Batman with no paint rub.

The inability to get the sky dive platinum lead to me making one of my own. Head swapped the normal Bats onto the sky dive body (open hands for batpod) and then added a custom cape. Honestly was a huge pain to mod but I love the result of having a accurately tucked cape.
