On January 13th, he McFarlane Store sent me an email saying Steel, which I preordered immediately whenever it went up originally, was shipping and had the tracking. However, there's been on movement on the figure so far. I know people have had bad experiences with sale items not shipping, but this is my first time.
Also, I asked this above, but do we think the McFarlane Store is doing doing the lotto drawings for platinum figures? It was a great way to get at least some of the chase figures at retail. I honestly have only been buying certain figures directly off McFarlane because I knew that with the lotto system there'd be a good chance of getting picked for the chase. I was able to get all of the wave two collector edition chase figures that way.
If not, that's a huge bummer. Really want the Super Powers Wonder Woman and translucent green Green Lantern Batman.
cassandra batgirl is up on target $22.99

rival is up too $22.99
I preordered a Batgirl for all the good it will do me.
I guess they're trying to keep the cost down but extra hands would have gone a long way with Batgirl. I'd even prefer a pair of fists over the included grapnel gun and batarang.
Now that I placed my hurry up FOMO order, I'm wondering how good this Batgirl figure really is. It looks OK, but the head seems small and the belt doesn't look like anything I'm aware of. If I pulled out my DCSH Cane Batgirl and stared at it for a really long time, I'd probably just cancel this one.

Small head on a McFarlane DC figure???? Why, knock me over with a feather...
I wonder will Target cancel my preorder like they did my Wonder Woman order. Or how about multiple delays.

Yes.
Someone posted this comparison on Twitter and it threw me for a loop. The hips on her were really distracting and with a proper comparison it shows just how weird the proportions are. It's the Three Jokers Batgirl body base (other than upper torso and head afaik), so if you have that, you can kinda know what you're getting into.

Yeah, I don't know if this one is doing it for me, the proportions are wack. When my delay approval comes, I might just let it ride.
Someone needs to tell Todd that not actually making the female figures good may be why they aren’t selling.
I agree that her head is a little small and that she should have gotten a new belt, but other than that I think Cass looks fine. Definitely not going to pre-order, as I don't want to deal with Target's BS, but if I actually come across her while out shopping one day, there's a good chance I'll buy her. It's not mentioned on the Target page, and I can't tell for absolute certain based on the photos, but I like that it looks like her cape is wired.
I bought Cassie Batgirl site unseen-no brainer.....but god thats an awkward looking figure. If Target cancel on me it might be a blessing in disguise.
What a weird looking figure, from the proportions to the bright silver bat. The driver for this line is asleep at the wheel.

Why would you buy something you don't like?
