It’s been a while since we’ve done one of these, but after the big reveals from San Diego Comic Con and Ringside Fest, now seemed to be a perfect time for Fwoosh to climb back in the ring and battle it out for another Top 10 WWE Mattel Flashbacks List.
SDCC was HUGE with the reveal of a Hulk Hogan and Sting figures, but there are several more much sought-after characters for legend collectors to add to their collection.
If you missed the latest announcements, here are the upcoming releases:
- Flashbacks: Junkyard Dog, X-Pac, and Doink
- Hall of Fame line: Sgt. Slaughter, Trish Stratus, Ultimate Warrior, and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin in shorts
- Target exclusive: Inverse color Kane and debut Undertaker
- Ringside Collectibles: “Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels (original look)
- Defining Moments: Hulk Hogan (Wrestlemania 3), Sting (Starrcade 1997), and Razor Ramon
Mattel exec Bill Miekina has announced he’s already working on an APA and polled for opinions on what their “office” door should look like as well as stating there will be several Sting figures coming.
But before you can start voting, it’s time to once again keep the noise down while we go over the rules:

- Only one vote per person. We have multiple ways to identify duplicate votes, so don’t try to vote under a different name. If you see the “breadcrumb” spot on the topic, then you have already voted in the thread. You may edit your vote as many times as you want, until the voting has closed.
- You are voting for ten characters and ONE build-a-figure you want to be made into 6-inch scale Mattel WWE Flashback action figures. For Mattel, the BAF have typically tended to be guys in suits – so think along the lines of managers. Paul Bearer is on the way and Bobby Heenan is tentatively scheduled to follow him.
