And to kick off 2007 with a bang, the Fwoosh Bullpen brings you another edition of the Great Fwoosh Custom Giveaway… this time with a two-figure set and an added bonus!
What is it? A contest, Fellow Fwoosher… a game of chance unlike any the Fwoosh has ever seen, because this one gives you two one-of-a-kind custom Marvel Legends custom action figures, hand-crafted and generously donated by one of the Fwoosh’s Finest!!
What’s the prize? The booty for January’s contest is a Dave Cockrum Tribute Set, a pair of super-cool, super-poseable Black Tom Cassidy and Juggernaut customs, painstakingly crafted by the Fwoosh’s own Stream-of-consciousness guru, Sexyvonpoopy! Vonpoop is a huge fan of the legendary X-Men artist Dave Cockrum, who sadly passed away in 2006…and he constructed this set based on Cockrum’s work in Uncanny X-Men #102. His Juggernaut is massive, more a BAF than a standard figure, and features a removable helmet; Black Tom comes with his trademark shillelagh and plenty of sibling rivalry.
As an added bonus, the winner will also receive Marvel Masterworks: The Uncanny X-Men Volume 2, the trade paperback reprinting UXM # 101 – 110, also donated by Sexyvonpoopy!

How do I enter? Simply send an email to [email protected] with the words FWOOSH MISSES DAVE in the subject header. Be sure to include your Fwoosh name in the email! All entries must be received no later than 12 Midnight EST, January 31st 2007. No purchase necessary, your email addys will be kept private. One winner will be chosen at random on February 1, 2007, and announced here in the Fwoosh e-zine. Only one entry per Fwoosher…multiple emails will be deleted, and the sender will be disqualified. Contest is open to non-US Fwooshers, although we will be unable to ship to Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The Fwoosh will cover international shipping up to $10 USD, anything over $10 USD must be paid by the winner.
IMPORTANT: Your email MUST include both your Fwoosh Name and the words FWOOSH MISSES DAVE in the title! If these aren’t included, the entry will be invalid!
