Tamashii Features 2020 is officially open and they are showing off some nifty upgrades.
And I do mean upgrades. While there aren’t any actual new characters being added to the line, these do look like better versions, especially if you skipped the first versions.
They are showing off Thanos both standing and sitting…
…but I can’t tell if it the same figure or two separate releases since it looks like it’s being shown both ways in the same display.
There is also an upgraded Dr. Strange with cloth cape, sword, time stone effects, and meditating head.
Also, here’s a final battle Thor all covered in electricity.
As for official solicitations, there’s a Scarlet Witch with chaos power eyes.
Iron Man MK7 gets an Avengers Assemble repaint.
And then there’s Iron Man MK85 “I am Iron Man” edition.
On the Star Wars front we get a better look at The Mandalorian figures we already have on pre-order, but the big thing is a good side-by-side showing IG-11’s size. Yeeeessssss….
They are also showing the Mandalorian Biker Scout with Speeder Bike and Remnant Stormtrooper that were shown at Tokyo Comic Con, but they have the old “For Display Only” disclaimers. I’m hoping we see pre-orders for those soon.
