“If you’re nothing without the suit, then you don’t deserve it” I’m guessing that’s what prompts Spider-Man to throw together a suit to continue the good fight in Homecoming. Thankfully, Hasbro decided collectors needed an action figure of Spidey in the homemade suit.
Because really, it does kick a little ass. Sure, it’s not the classic representation of the costume but it does have a little Ben Reilly flair while also giving a more realistic and practical solution at Halloween for those of us who don’t quite have the proportions to fill out skintight spandex.

I gotta say though, the figure came out awesome. The range of some of the articulation could be increased here and there, and an added butterfly to the shoulders would have absolutely put it over the top, but the figure has presence. It’s a bit plain but it has pizzazz. And then there’s the custom potential. The boots aren’t everyday wear but things could be tweaked here and there and you have a teen civilian. Or Damian Wayne Robin. Body options are fantastic.
