We’ve seen them in the cases at various show but Tamashii Nations has finally released promotional images of the S.H. Figuarts Street Fighter Ryu and Chun-Li. And they look goooood.
Both figures boast a “new Fighting body” which apparently reproduces fighting stances without breaking the natural form. I don’t know exactly what the means but I will admit that Chun-Li’s high kick is impressive and Ryu does have legs does go out horizontal. The elbows on both figures do stick out at me as odd though.
Ryu
Ryu includes two sets of hands, open and fist, along with two faces and a cardboard backdrop for display. The Hadouken effect has some sort of stand to hold it but it’s not shown in the pics.
MSRP is 6480 yen and is scheduled for April 2017.
Chun-Li
Chun-li comes with her Hyakuretsukyaku effect and stand, two face plates, three sets of hands (open palm, open claw, fist) and then a cardboard background.
Chun-Li is also set to release in April 2017 and has a MSRP of 6480 yen.
