Happy Thanksgiving, everybody! Here’s something for which to be thankful. New pics of the S.H. Figuarts AOTC Anakin Skywalker and Chewbacca!
These scans are from a magazine releasing tomorrow and have more details for the two figures. Plus new pics are always welcome. They both look pretty striking against the dark background.
Anakin is of course a Soul Web exclusive. He officially goes on sale December 16-26 but most of the pre-order sites will probably have it up earlier. MSRP is 6264 yen and will release in May. There was speculation that there are actually three lightsabers but this states two. And then the two heads are looking very nice.
For Buddy Chewbacca, the scan says two face pieces, so I’m assuming it’s an interchangeable jaw piece. At least that’s near as I can guess. The eyes, shape of the head, and lower hair all looks the same but I can’t see exactly where the cuts are. It could very well be an actual face, or the nose is included in the pieces, something. I just know I need it now.
MSRP is 6480 yen and it releases in April.
